Det som var bra var läget men oerhört otrevlig personal, skicket på hotellet var slitet och rummen upplevdes inte rena. Det kröp myror inne konstant och mellan receptionen och restauranger var det en råtta på kvällen.

Nice location good staff.
Very nice staff and a pool that lived up to expectations and the photos! Lots of restaurants close by and of course the Beach is close and fantastic!

Very relaxing hotel
A very thoughtfully designed hotel with a decent swimming pool and pleasant gardens with mini waterfall features adding to the relaxed atmosphere which also had pleasant bird song.The service from reception was excellent from the start,the breakfast was very Good with European and Asian choices.Room was comfortable and poolside bar prices every reasonable for beer and light meals.Within walking distance of decent bars and restaurants as well as the beach.Very quiet although live bands played not far away.

The hotel location is great if you want to stay in Karon but car parking very limited. The staff were all very pleasant and the room quite good. There was a lot of sand on the floor of the bedroom which is not so nice. One of the curtains was hanging down which I repaired and then it was ok. The hotel was good for the price.

-das Hotel befindet sich in einer super lage. in der Nähe von unzähligen Restaurants, Bars usw.. Und auch nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand entfernt - Laute musik (life Musik) bis ca. 2 Uhr - Wer ein zimmer direkt über der Lobby bekommt, wird jeden tag bis ca. 2 Uhr die Life Band hören (Instrumente unter anderem Gitarre und Schlagzeug + jeden Tag die selben Lieder)

Hotel in guter Lage
Schön angelegter Garten mit Pool. Frühstück bestand aus kalten u wärmen Speisen und war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Möbel waren alt und es krabbelten ganz kleine Tierchen an Wand und Möbel

Well priced comfortable stay in Karon
Comfortable place stay with out many frills and reasonably priced. Centrally located and very close to the beach. Did not find the staff very friendly, however they attended to requests efficiently. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Had a large pool that I did not use as I preferred to swim in the sea. I would exclude the breakfast in the booking as it was not great and there are plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast

Hotellet ligger 2min.gang fra alt bar og restauranter når man er ved poolen eller værelset er der ingen støj.vi har været der før og kommer igen.

Close to the beach, gross hotel
This hotel is close to the beach but it is not a resort by any means. We had a late arrival and our room was guaranteed which was nice. However, upon arrival the employee at the desk barley talked, mostly grunted. We asked him about a few services the hotel offered and he said they didn't offer it yet there was posters advertising these services around the hotel. Our double bed was two twins pushed together. Over everything the thing that I was most annoyed with was the dirty bedding. One pillow had an obvious blood stain and the sheets had yellow brownish stains. The towels were also old and stained. I had to ask the employee at the front desk for new sheets (I offered to change them myself) and he just moaned and insisted that they were just changed. To his benefit he changed the bedding (I helped) but had the worst attitude from the very beginning.

big failure
the hotel has an awesome location as it is 3 min away from the beach besides that this hotel needs A LOT of improvement. Our air conditioner didn't work since they gave us the room. the cealing of the room was full of filtrations and the shower didn't drained and as no body speaks english it was mission impossible to have someone to fix it instead we used twizzers to take the bathtub plugged and be able to shower. Beds in thailand are usually hard but the pillows were more like rocks. They never cleaned the bathroom hardly they did the bed. Most of the times we also had to ask them to clean the room because they would usually not do it. There is a HUGE rat that seems to live in the lobby!! and you can see it crossing from the lobby to where the fountains are multiple times in the day. I don't know how are the other rooms but we never had interner in the room. The only area were the wifi works is at the lobby.

Really nice place to stay. Perfect location, near the beach, shops, bars. Staff amazing and friendly. Pool is great. Breakfast was very good, though a little more variety would be welcome. Halfway through a relaxing holiday and have extended my stay here due to location, staff, price, pool and just being in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Dejlig flot og hyggeligt lille værelse, vi havde udsigt til poolen. Og hotellet lå 5-6 minutters gå tur væk fra stranden. Men ellers lå der bar og al muligt i nærheden, og stor marked inde i tempelet som man skal opleve, for der er det meget billigt marked. Personalet var utrolig søde og spørgsomlige. Så kunne godt finde på at besøge dem igen.

Hotel economico con pessima colazione
L'albergo è massimo di 3 stelle, non di più. Pulizia 3; personale 3; piscina 4; camera 3. La camera era molto umida. Non tutto il personale parla inglese. Per fare il nostro check - in, abbiamo aspettato quasi 2 ore, perchè hanno dimenticato di mettere un letto aggiuntivo! Anche se ho prenotato per 3 persone e ho pagato per 3. Quando siamo entrati in camera abbiamo capito che era tutto pronto solo per 2 persone. Dopo varie discussioni, ci hanno fatto uscire dalla camera e aspettare ancora quasi un ora alla reception. Non è stata per niente una cosa piacevole dopo un viaggio di 2 giorni. Colazione è pessima, poca roba e neanche buona.La spiaggia è a 5 minuti. La spiaggia era molto bella e con poca gente. L'acqua pulita e calda. Si può trovare le strutture migliori a questo prezzo.

L'Hotel è bello, le stanze sono comode pulite moderne e con balcone affacciato sulla piscina. Piscina ottima e quasi deserta. Colazione abbondante. i punti di forza dell'hotel sono la qualità/prezzo e la comodità a tutti i servizi, anche se non si dispone di un mezzo proprio (per gli scooter c'è comunque un parcheggio privato e sorvegliato)

Отель очень понравился. Мы приезжаем сюда второй раз. Чистое, белоснежное белье. Хорошие, просторные номера. В номере огромная кровать, есть сейф, большой телевизор с 2 русскими каналами, чайник с бесплатным чайным набором, фен, холодильник, 2 бутылки воды выдавали каждый день. В ванне большие бутылки с шампунем и гелем для душа. Близко к морю (около 5 минут неспеша). Отель находится в небольшом углублении от улицы, поэтому вечером там всегда тихо. Рядом магазины «7 eleven» и др., напротив отеля минимаркет, цены там, как и в гос. магазинах. Очень много массажных салонов (массаж с маслом составит 350 батт), есть бассейны с рыбками для пилинга ног (100бат 20 минут). Около отеля обменный пункт, где всегда хороший курс. Вокруг много кафешек, близко храм (в противоположную сторону от моря), где по вторникам и пятницам проходит вечерний рынок, там можно закупить и фрукты домой и сувениры, вещи, игрушки, и попробовать местную еду. Фрукты рядом с храмом намного дешевле, чем у моря. Завтрак в отеле нас вполне устроил: есть и суп, и овощи (сырые и запеченые), и фрукты (арбузы и папайя), гарнир, яишница, омлет, сосиски, ветчина, курица, масло, джем, тосты и различные мюсли с молоком. Чай, кофе, соки. Никто не ограничивает и всегда свободно. Нам вполне хватало. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда улыбаются и откликаются на любые просьбы.Большой, чистый бассейн с джакузи и детской пластиковой горкой. Есть небольшой бассейн для самых маленьких. Море в апреле замечательное, прозрачное

Excellent location is the only real plus
Location is close to the beach and to restaurants and nightlife. Most rooms face the pool and nightlife noise is not a significant issue for those rooms. Rooms and beds were just OK. First 3 of 5 days no wifi. The whole Soi was out. Once back on it was OK sometimes and impossibly slow others. Included breakfast follows the normal routine but quite low in terms of quality and variety. When I was there it was sunny every morning and cloudy/raining in the afternoons. As a result I went to the beach every morning and came back to the hotel each afternoon. Each morning I put out the sign asking for the room to be made. Each day housekeeping showed up about 2:30 PM wanting to make up the room. Needless to say it did not happen. Room for improvement to say the least.

Все отлично. Отдыхали с 26 марта по 5 апреля 2017. Довольны отелем, персоналом, бассейном. Полотенца меняли каждый день, тщательная уборка. Претензий нет.

Great location near the beach and restaurants. Happy friendly staff. Breakfast was a surprise as you never knew what would turn up. Lasagne or Mc cheese. The only thing I will say is breakfast is until 10.30am but if you turn up after 9am the food isn't always replenished.
