Prettg hotel vlakbij diverse eetgelegenheden.
Rustig gelegen hotel. Vertier, restaurants op liopadfstand. Houten vloeren rond zwembad hebben hier en daar wet indethoud nodig. Goed voor ouderen en gezinnen. Absoluut geen feesthotel voor jngeren. Strand aan de iveksnt en alternatief strand op 10 minuten afstand met de taxi

Purtroppo l’acqua dopo pochi giorni era quasi sempre fredda e solo dopo alcuni giorni sono riusciti a localizzare e riparare il danno. Purtroppo un addetto alle pulizie mentre spolverava ci ha mandato in frantumi il Tablet...lo abbiamo fatto presente durante il chec-out...ma senza denunciare la persona in questione...ci sarebbe dispiaciuto se per questo avesse potuto perdere il posto di lavoro...i ragazzi alla Reception carinissimi sempre...esclusa una ragazza che aveva quasi sempre il muso

-蛇口からの水は錆臭く、定期的に炭のような黒い粉が出た。-朝食は何かしらショーテージが起きて食べられない物が発生。聞いても、もうないの一点張り。-プールでマナーのない男女3ー5人組が禁止のはずの飛び込みや、勝手にスピーカーから出ている音楽を変えたり、叫んだりし、あきらかに周りに迷惑をかけているのに、注意をしていなかった。同グループが真夜中から25時くらいまでプールで同じ事をしていてプール直結の部屋に対する騒音を起こしているにもかかわらず、注意がなかなか入らなかった。

Vi ankom til hotellet kl. 20, og her var en nem indtjekning, men vi må sige at 4 stjerner er alt for meget for dette hotel, det er meget nedslidt. Trænger til maling, rust, rådne brædder, mug, uplejet pool. Vi fortalte, at vi havde en sen flyafgang og om vi kunne få sen udtjekning. Men det kunne vi desværre ikke. Begrundelsen var at alt var booket ud, og det kunne vi med alt tydelighed se ikke passede. Herefter spurgte vi om vi kunne få et sted at tage et bad senere i dag inden vores afrejse, men det kunne heller ikke lade sig gøre, vi måtte gerne bruge poolen hele dagen. Her kunne vi så konstatere at der ingen brusemuligheder er ved poolen. Hvis du har en sen flyvning skal du ikke vælge dette hotel. Vi skulle heldigvis kun sove her én nat. Vi ville have skiftet hotel, hvis vi skulle være her i længere tid.

My friend and I were severely disappointed in our stay. The pictures didn’t come close to the actual hotel. When we booked, we felt like this was our one splurge on hotels and it ended up being the worst. The check in process was also completely ridiculous. We got there late and they proceeded to not only ask us for our passports (we had gotten used to this throughout Thailand) but for the custom departure ticket as well. They then also asked for me to email them my confirmation reservation. We were also disappointed with breakfast - it was an extra $480 baht/person and was terrible. I eat a plant based diet and my only option was fruit. On the upside, the location is fantastic as it’s right across the street from Karon Beach and they provide a beach bag with 2 beach towels. Would not stay here again and recommend finding an alternative place on Karon Beach - not worth the expense.

The staff provide unclear information when checking in. Check out takes a long time. The bathroom door was damaged. Your water temperature control did not work properly. Water always came out too hot even when i tried to balanced the temperature. The compressor is loud. Spacious swimming pool. The hotel is easy to find, convenient for eating.

One of the most disgusting hotels I've been to
Firstly the room wasn’t ready for almost 1-2 hours. But that’s not the main issue, afterwards when I went to the room it was dirty, worn down, it smelled so bad, it wasnt nothing like the photographs. It was beyond a livable the bathroom was also nasty old gray dirty mold in the corners. It was simply disgusting. Make sure you don't book here. The hotel should put real photos. I actually left the hotel within 1-2 hours of checking in as it was unbearable and booked another hotel.

Utvärdering av Ramada Karon beach
Vi bestälde ett rum med Pool access och för oss är pool access at man kan gå direkt från rummets altan i poolen men här har dom en gångväg i mellan som alla använder när dom skall gå till huvud ingången. Samt att det låter när folk kommer och går. Hotellet är slitet med dålig service spelet i receptionen som inte var hjälpsamma när vi hade problem med rummet. Frukosten vår inte den bästa och kunde med enkla medel förbättras. En annan sak som också var ett problem var att ett rum med pool access och att hotellet inte ser till att hålla på regler var att poolen stänger 20.00 på kvällen för att folk skall få lung och ro men vissa gäster brydde sig inte om detta och badade mitt i natten och hotellet vågade inte säga till folk att dom inte fick detta. Vi bodde på Ramada i Khao Lak veckan innan och skillnaden mellan hotellen är som dag och natt på alla punkter där Ramada i Khao Lak var ett av dom bästa hotell jag bott på. Hotellet har 4 stjärnor och jag skull som bäst ge detta hotell 2,5 stjärna som betyg. Om någon skulle fråga oss om vi skulle rekommendera detta hotell så är svaret Nej det finns så många andra hotell i närheten som är mycket trevligare.

This hotel needs closing and re-furbishing
The location of this hotel is wonderful and that's it, we were so disappointed at check in, the lobby is so scruffy and doesn't give you any confidence of what's to come, our room was at the rear of the hotel, where most of the rooms are, the whole area needs re-furbishing, there's loose concrete and black mould everywhere, over half the rooms in this area have a view of a side wall of another hotel with air-conditioning units running and the trash corridor. This hotel is an absolute disgrace to the Ramada Brand and the management running it really couldn't care less.

Говорят расположение хорошее, но как теперь мне стало понятно, это далеко не самое главное. Одним расположением сыт не будешь, особенно если ты не можешь выспаться ночью. Отель старый, и его общая изношенность и усталость дает о себе знать. Кондиционер шумный, дребезжащий, звукоизоляция номеров никакая, слышно что происходит за дверью и за окнами. Перед тем как бронировать комнату, читал, что не стоит брать с окнами наружу. Это может быть и так, но и комнату с окнами на бассейн брать тоже не стоит. Не смотря на правила отеля, за порядком персонал ночью не следит, поэтому пьяные компашки будут бултыхаться в бассейне и гыкать до и после полуночи. Видимо для их удобства на ночь не убираются лежаки вокруг бассейна. Закрытое напрочь окно немного спасает, но только немного. Проблема решается звонком на рецепшен, только для этого вам надо будет проснуться. С кондиционером отдельная история: либо плохо спим, слушая шумный кондей, но в нормальной температуре. Либо плохо спим маясь от жары, но без шума. По правую сторону от отеля очень близко находится какое-то задание, там периодически шумит их собственная вентиляция, добавляя децибелы в общую картину. Просили поменять номер, не поменяли, хотя проблему признали. Из остальных мелочей: частенько идет только горячая вода, не кипяток, но странно, даже бачок унитаза горячий :) Приборка на 4, но пару раз ингорили. Завтраки не блещут разнообразием, WiFi - никакой. Итог: необоснованно дорого, не годиться для длительного проживания.

Super helpful and friendly staff, can’t fault the service. The hotel needs possibly a bit of tlc- the gym was not as expected, the roof garden walled up and perhaps a fresh kick of paint to revive it a bit. Location wise it’s great, the beach is close by and all amenities within easy walking distance. Wi-fi in the room was hit and miss.

Good location for access to the beach adjacent (across the main road). The room was clean, bed linen and mattress were far better than expected (good quality). The hotel is a little dated, but perfectly fine and importantly, very clean. We stayed 2 nights and would certainly stay again.

Like it because parking was quick and easy, also very close to Beach, room was a little bit dated but clean. Would stay there again. Internet speed was decent however television channels were super fizzy

Unfortunately the room allocated was damp, the bedsheets were not clean, the phone in the room was out of order and we only had cold water to shower in. Our requests to be moved to another room were ignored.

The sliding door to the pool wouldn't lock or shut properly and the room was full of mosquitos (and we tried 4 rooms before having to accept the one we stayed in, the air conditioning smelt, was really loud and the control panel didn't work properly. We stayed in a pool access room, paying well for it and it wasn't worth it. This is our 5th time staying here and will be the last, we were disappointed as nothing has really been done to the resort since going there in 2004. We persisted as the location is great, but thats the only good thing. Meals were below average as well. I don't usually do reviews if its not good but this hotel needs to do an upgrade!! and soon.

Nice resort but needs a little oomph. maybe a few activities The restaurant was deserted apart from breakfast. Hence we were hesitant to eat anything there apart from the breakfast.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada. The staff and manager were super friendly and very efficient. The manager was always around inquiring about your well being and responded immediately to all requests. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach and close to all restaurants and shops.

Close to beach & main street. Restaurants & bars within a short walk. Value for money. Larger resort than we thought & our room was the furthest from the pool, & reception. The hotel was empty, so it would have made our stay more enjoyable, to have a room closer to the front of the resort.

Неплохой вариант для нетребовательных туристов.
Что понравилось. Самое лучшее у отеля - это расположение. Первая линия, пляж через дорогу. Выбирать стоит только номера с видом на бассейн. Ежедневно вечером около 18:45 смена пляжных приносят в номер, очень удобно. Что не понравилось. Отель по общим впечатленим тянет на твёрдую 3, не больше. Никакой территории нет. Бассейн относительно небольшой, часто все лежаки заняты. Отделка номера - эконом-вариант. У нас в номере с выходом к бассейну 1/3 пола была плитка, а 2/3 по виду и цвету как бетонная стяжка. Завтраки однообразие и скудноватые. О море. Пляж Карон, на мой взгляд, один из лучших на Пхукете. Удобный вход в море, чистая вода, поющие под ногами пески. Всегда есть свободное от туристов место, есть лежаки под зонтиками (платно).
