Mooie lokatie, zicht op zee, mooie kamer. Alleen werd er tot 2x toe niet op mails van ons gereageerd voor we kwamen. En de airco op de kamer gaf een irritant geluid, wat je snachts wakker hield. De volgende dag aangegeven en was gerepareerd werd er gezegd. Maar savonds was het probleem er nog steeds. Na een aantal nakijken van een engineer, besloten maar zo te laten, zelfs na vragen om van kamer te wisselen werd er weer een engineer gestuurd, terwijl we bijna omvielen van de slaap. Dit alles was niet leuk. snachts sliepen we dus zonder airco, en werden warm van de hitte. Een kwartier de airco aan met lawaai, in de hoop dat de temperatuur lager werd en weer even konden slapen tot het weer te warm was. Dit was een minder leuke ervaring van deze lokatie. De lokatie, zicht op zee, indeling van de huisjes, super gaaf! Wij zaten in een Villa. Op het resort vond ik minder mooie mogelijkheden om een drankje te doen met zicht op zee. Dat leek alleen te kunnen bij het restaurant. Geld werd ons uit de handen gegritst toen een dame voor ons 2 drankjes moest brengen nabij de receptie.. Daar hadden we ook vraagtekens bij. De man achter de receptie was super vriendelijk en relaxed, alles uitgelegd en ons wegwijs gemaakt naar het huisje en er binnen. Gemengde gevoelens bij dit resort/villa's.

niet verkeerd
nette kamers met als het moet kokend water, (zeldzaam) alleen liet men wel eens een steek vallen. ik kijk heit alleen van links naar rechts maar ook van boven naar onder. de plafonds zij geschilderd door een amateur zonder plakband, en ( omdat het redelijk nieuw was). bouw afval word gestort onder de accommodaties of onder het eet gedeelte, zonde twee dagen opruimen zou wonderen doen.en gaten in bedden goed hoort niet.en even een aanvaring omdat ik geen ontbijt zou krijgen wat ik wel geboekt had. ter plaatse even korten metten mee gemaakt maar het verpest wel je dag.

Cleaning services every day fresh clean rooms, friendly stuff, scooter rent was 100% sure with passport. Bad thing only you can swim in hotel pool from 7am till 7pm.

The bathroom was too small. Shower was not separate from the toilet...towel rack was loose and small. A lot of standard amenities nit available. It was not the standard of a 4 star hotel. Standard of cleanliness was poor. Staff were not attentive, prompt and quite unresponsive. The room was not part of the main hotel building so had to cross the main road each time for reception or breakfast. Room was far too high on the cliff. Hotel had no shops or restaurants near by and had very limited shuttle service to the beach/market area. They were very stingy with the complimentary items.

Good, views were great ,service and our stay was good .great breakfast. very difficult to get to room with out the help of staff providing a vehicle, very steep climb. traffic crazy .

While the pictures on the website were at the resort they were from very specific locations and raised expectations of overall impressions. This led to disappointment about the actual location of the ‘villa’ accommodation and the condition of the rooms. We had a lot of water come into the room during heavy rain - they provided a towel to deal with it. : (

The hotel has an amazing view. But the service was not good starting at check in to trying to get any services like room service. The restaurant was horrible the one night we went for dinner it took over an hour to get served after we ordered and when we got the food it wasn't cooked and we could see the food had been sitting under heat lamps for a long time.

Quiet Hotel
Hotel in a nice setting and around a 5 minute taxi (300B) from both papong and Karon beach/nightlife. Wouldn’t recommend walking as steep banks with no paths etc. All in All pleasing Hotel for what we paid.

Lovely hotel in a amazing setting
This hotel ticked the boxes for ambiance and settings. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the location along with the hotel itself. The hotel is split into two sections and we were however across a busy road but they do supply a buggy if you wish to be collected and not try to take on the highway crossing. The grounds were spectacular along with the views and the pools were wonderful as well. A few km's out of the heart of Karon and Patong but the free shuttle makes that a easy trip with a tuk tuk costing only a few dollars if you wish to venture during the non shuttle time. Would go back again in a heartbeat

Rude staff. No apology or refund for hotel shuttle not collecting us. Refused to honor the 10% food discount. Had to cross busy highway to get to room and restaurant. Had to wait long time and call twice for golf cart service up the cliff. 40 min wait to get served at restaurant. Reception staff rude and brush off if you need a taxi booked. Checking out allowed Chinese men to push in and literally step on me while I was in the middle of checking out, I had to then wait 25min until they finished checking them out. Restaurant advertised Thai food, but was Chinese to cater for their Chinese guests only. Restaurant prices more expensive than patong 5star hotels and restaurants. Nothing in walking distance, Very expensive and annoying to negotiate taxi or tuk tuck multiple times a day. Resort only does one shuttle per day to beach.

Great Staff Except One
We had a nice stay in a room with a lovely view. Breakfasts were fantastic as was the view. All staff except one , I think her name was Pat, was pleasant and very accommodating. Pat made our lives miserable in every interaction. We avoided her as much as possible. Ga and her pregnant colleague were beyond wonderful.

Avons bcp aime l’hotel Mais il faut prendre les chambres Ocean view Car l’hotel Est en 2 parties et une partie est magnifique !! L’autre de l’autre Cote de la route est bcp moins bien!! Beau jardin ,on est sur les hauteurs ,la vue est magnifique surtout de la piscine et du restaurant proximité de Patong et Karon en tuk tuk ou navette Personnel très réactif

정말 뷰만 좋다고 하는말이 맞는거 같아요. 그것도 숙소가 바다쪽가까이면 모르겠는데... 차길건너에 있다면 거의뷰는 잘 안보입니다. 조식때만 좋았어요! 수영장은 작고 여기저기 타일이 깨진데가 많아서 조심해야할것 같더라고요. 역시나 수영장도 뷰는 좋았어요. 숙소가 길건너라서 왔다갔다하기가 불편하고 시내가는 리조트 셔틀이 하루에 한번씩만 운행하니 맞춰서 타기는 힘들구요 왔다갔다 툭툭비만 많이 나갔네요... 체크아웃하는데 제대로 체크도 안해죠서 돈내라고... ㅠ 거기있는것은 아무것도 안먹었는데요.. 팁을 안나둬서 그런건지.. 좀 불친절하더라고요. 암튼 추천해드리고 싶지는 않습니다.

Schöner Ausblick aber leider herunter gekommen.
Die Bungalows sind schon ein bisschen abgenutzt. Auch ist der Pool viel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Wir fanden es nicht schön. Und würden nie wieder kommen.

Quiet with outstanding views.
Hotel was very nice. Food in dining room was sub-par. Western food was poorly prepared and never hot. This hotel is as the name suggests; on a cliff. Fabulous views but almost all rooms require a golf cart to shuttle you around. Staff was excellent. A perfect location offering options for beautiful Karon beach and nightlife in Patong.

Bon hôtel mais très éloigné des la plage (l’hotel propose une navette 3 fois/j) sinon taxi assez cher pour 3 km la plupart des chambres nécessitent de traverser une route très passante : a déconseiller à ceux qui ont des enfants ou ceux qui n’aiment pas speeder ! Sinon les chambres côté mère sont certainement superbes mais beaucoup plus chères

Beautiful view, pool & reception area. Our bathroom had a few things wrong with it (door knob came off, toilet didn't flush properly & hot water came on boiling then went cold. The area is great for a quiet get away & 15 min drive (~300 baht) to Patong. Buffet breakfast & free shuttle were great.

+ mukava alue + suffle buss päivällä + näköalat hienot + ravintolan terassi kiva ja ruoka hyvää + vedenkeitin & hiustenkuivaaja + kaunis puutarha + mukavat siivoojat ja ravintolatyöntekijät + pankkiautomaatti ja laukunpunninta mahdollisuus ihan vieressä. - huonot kulkuyhteydet illalla, taksi pakollinen, viimeinen ilmaiskuljetus lähtee noin 4-5 maissa. - liikenteen melu kuului huoneeseen - ei hirveästi yksityisyyttä, parvekkeet kiinni toisissaan, ohuet seinät, joten toisten vieraitten keskustelu kuului selvästi omaan huoneeseen. - altaan siisteys voisi olla parempi. mm. hieman hometta ja pinttymää tuolien pehmusteissa, altaan valo irti, lillui vedessä johdon varassa. - wifi toimi huoneissa erittäin huonosti. - punttisali ei hirveän kattava - tyynyt epämukavat - tv toimi kohtalaisesti - jos huoneet ylhäällä rinteessä täytyy ylittää ruuhkaisa tie liikkuessa, eikä ole liikenteenohjaajaa auttamassa. ylitys voi välillä olla vaikeaa. hotellihuoneet jyrkässä rinteessä, syrjäisellä paikalla kuitenkin suht lähellä karonia ja patongia. kokemus oli kaikenkaikkiaan positiivinen. Muutama asia harmitti kuten melu ja huono wifi. allas-alue ei ole mielestäni lapsiystävällinen. eikä hotelli mielestäni sovi liikuntarajoitteisille. kauppaa ei ole lähellä, mutta hotellilta löytyy pizzeria ja oma ravintola. suosittelisin ihmiselle, joka etsii suht edullista perus tasoista siistiä hotellia syrjäiseltä alueelta ja joka ei häiriinny liikenteen meluista.

well .... one of the most dump idea for staying at this hotel .... staff are not friendly at all ..... dead area ...nothing around you ,,,hard to find taxi or super close super market . the rooms are dirty and smells like urine ...... a lot of insects . and above all that ,,they forget about my reservation and they had to accommodate me somewhere els for 2 days .

Beautiful view but very inconvenient location
View is breathtaking... swimming pool is also very clean and nice with an amazing view. However bathroom is small and poor. Hotel is pretty greedy, transportation is really bad, you always need a car to go down the hill but hotel will charge bht 350 to Karon beach. If you rent a car or motorcycle then it's not a big deal.

Ho soggiornato 2 anni di seguito al secret cliff e tutte le volte sono stata disturbata moltissimo dal rumore dei clienti cinesi che alloggiano spesso qui e nn rispetano nessuna regola , a tutte le ore della notte fanno grande chiasso

Great Location
This is a nice Hotel, set in a great location but disappointing. On arrival, after being greeted by two helpful porters, we were met by a surly female receptionist. No hello, just name,credit card and told to sit and wait. We knew we would not be able to check in until 2pm so, went and had a drink at the bar. From here you have a great view of Karon Beach. We were taken to our room via a golf buggy as it was on the opposite side of the road, a very nice touch. Our room was nice, clean had a reasonable view of the sea except for the corrugated roof but we were happy enough. A few days into our 10 night stay, on going for breakfast we discovered there was very little food. When we asked, we were told more was on the way so, we had our coffee and waited. In total, we waited over 30 minutes but nothing arrived. At reception, we asked for an explanation. This was met with distain until we requested to see the Manager. Again, he was dismissive but finally agreed to give us lunch later in the day. Last comment concerns an extra guest. On returning we told the Porter about our guest. Thinking, they had our card details this would not be a problem. It was like world war three with phone calls and visits to the room demanding immediate payment. Very unprofessional and in the end our guest decided not to stay, we still had to pay. On arrival you signed a form giving authorisation for extras including guests, hence our disappointment. Nice hotel but sadly, we would not return

Начну с того, что на вкус и цвет, товарищей нет! Отель расположен не очень удачно. Если вы не арендуете байк, то приготовьте несколько тысяч бат на такси. В отеле предусмотрена развозка до начала пляжа Карон, но она происходит по расписанию. Такси и тук-тук меньше чем за 300 бат, до Карона вас не повезёт, а если вы хотите доехать до Каты, будет ещё дороже. Пешком дойти до пляжа не реально. Вам придётся идти вдоль дороги и преодолеть пару крутых подъемов. Отель разделён на две части, что стало для нас неожиданностью. Т.е. мы переходили через дорогу, что бы попасть на завтрак или сходить в гости к друзьям. Завтраки очень хорошие, выбор блюд большой. Поскольку отель находится на скале, вам придётся много ходить по ступеням. Наши друзья взяли видовые номера (145), действительно не плохой номер. У нас был номер 221, куда скромнее) Приходилось преодолеть 170 ступеней, что бы дойти до номера. Первые несколько дней ноги болели) В нашем, 221 номере, не работал сейф + он не был прикручен. В туалете/душе крепко пахло канализацией (вентиляция отсутствует). В душе/туалете даже шторки не было. К уборке номера вопросов нет, номер причесывали ежедневно.

Wonderful view from the restaurant and an excellent choice of Thai and western food at breakfast Beautiful gardens Room was clean and comfortable, even had a beach bag for your use. Excellent value for the deal we had. Happy to visit again Read the location as the hotel is as the name suggests, cliff top! Own transport is recommended which you need anyway to enjoy the island s full potential
