'We were traveling from the US to India and were spending a few days in Pune. We really liked the decor and amenities available. We would definitely stay here again. The room is very comfortable and clean. We were having some very frustrating issues outside of the hotel (nothing to do with the hotel) with our luggage and received amazing help from Nikita and Ashton that was above and beyond the normal service offered by hotels. 'The hotel is very tired and requires an upgrade, evident with the wear and tear on room doors, the wall coverings on the levels where the rooms were and the carpets. The rooms, the lobby and the cafe were all presentable. The cafe staff were extremely welcoming but we did have to do without coffee a few mornings as the machine had broken. Also frustrating was the fact that we had to return several times to reception to activate the room access cards as they did not work on arrival at the room....

The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.

Ik moet wel zeggen dat vooral de medewerkers in restaurant Latitude hierbij de kroon spanden; zo aardig, gastvrij, klantvriendelijk! Heb ik nog maar zelden meegemaakt, terwijl ik al veel landen over de hele wereld heb bezocht. Van mij een dikke pluim voor dit hotel!'
