La Mer Comfort-Suite Kalkan, 4 Bdr Seaview Outdoor Pool

La Mer Comfort-Suite consists of 2 adjacent separate houses, each with 2 rooms, a living room and a kitchen. (Comfort and Suite houses) These 2 houses, which has two separate entrances, can accommodate a maximum of 8 people with a total of 4 bedrooms. Comfort house is a modern house with an indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and a sheltered terrace area, designed to host guests in summer and winter. Suite house is also a modern house with an indoor jacuzzi/plunge pool.

La Mer Comfort-Suite houses are located in Kördere, Kalkan, 6 minutes away from Kalkan center and 15 minutes away from Kaputaş Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Turkey.

There is an outdoor pool on a 160 m2 terrace/garden area with a view, which is only for the common use of La Mer Comfort-Suite houses. This area is outside the two houses, in a private area approximately 20 meters away when you exit the main door of the houses. Pool dimensions are 7mtx3mt. Depth 130cm. The outdoor pool area is visible from surrounding houses and is not completely sheltered. There is a gas BBQ on the area. The outdoor pool and terrace area are open between 1 May and 31 October. Other months it is closed and can not be entered.

In addition to families and groups of eight people, there is also a large honeymoon room with jacuzzi designed for honeymoon couples. In order to stay comfortably in winter, the house has indoor pool is heated. In summer, cooling is provided by air conditioning. The total closed area of 2 houses is 290 m2.

Between 1 May and 31 October, Comfort-Suite houses with an outdoor pool can be used together for a maximum of 8 people.

Outside the houses, there is a winter garden (IGLO) with a view of Kalkan. It is within easy walking distance from the outside of the house, approximately 35 meters excluding stairs and 50 meters including stairs. It contains 3 single armchairs/rocking chairs and is just a fireplace environment. It is not an area suitable for eating. It is only open to La Mer Comfort customers during the winter months between 1 November and 30 April. In other months, it will be closed to use and cannot be entered. Wood to burn in the fireplace is provided for an extra fee.

Rules and Notes:

• Between 1 May and 31 October, Comfort-Suite houses with an outdoor pool can be rented together for a maximum of 8 people.
• During the winter season between 1 November and 30 April, Comfort and Suite houses are rented separately for a maximum of 4 people each.
• The outdoor pool and pool terrace area are open between 1 May and 31 October. It is closed in other months and cannot be entered.
• No smoking
• Wi-Fi internet connection is free
• Houses are air conditioned and the entire flat has underfloor heating
• Underfloor heating and pool heating are turned on between 1 November and 30 April and are included in the price. Turning on pool heating outside these dates is subject to a fee.
• Pets are not accepted
• There is a private parking area
• Honeymoon package and decorations are available upon request.
• A portable baby bed can be brought upon request.
• Wood for the wood fireplace in the winter garden is provided for an extra fee.
• There is a common children's playground with other villas
• 100% cotton bed sheets, bath towels, hand/face towels, pool towels
• Hotel type hair and body shampoo and soap are available
• Each bathroom has a fixed hair dryer.

• Since the entrance to the apartment is via a specific staircase, it may not be suitable for people who may have difficulty climbing stairs.
