Outstanding!
Just Wow! That sums up everything about gin and tonic. Perfect location, I loved walking a few minutes to have a daily mile in the sea! Perfectly appointed, quiet, well equipped, the most outstanding view! Loved the feline visitors which we fed daily! Liz was fantastic to communicate with, especially when we lost our bank card which created some issues! As soon as we got home I went online to rebook as it’s such a truly amazing place. Sadly fully booked (not surprising!!) so we’ll have to wait until next year! Thank you Liz, we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Villa
The best villa we have stayed in! The views are to die for. Everything you need is in the villa, the Beach Club below is great, restaurants are close by, Supermarket just up the road, can't wait to come back!

This was our first ever Villa holiday. Kept looking at the photos thinking this is too good to be true. Lets face it photos can be made to look better. WOW I was wrong. This villa is absolutely stunning. The views are breath taking. I didnt expect all the extras too that came with the Villa. Toilet rolls, beach towels, dressing gowns etc etc. There was everything in the kitchen you needed and plenty of utensils. Communication with Liz and Karyn just Brilliant. The fresh bread dilivery every day was such a great gesture. Kalamar has some fab restaurants but the quirky streets in Kalkan were amazing. Restaurants we visited was Porchini, Aqua, Barahat and The small house. All amazing. However we did cook some fabulous fresh produce. We have booked for next year. First holiday I really really didnt want to leave. Thank you Liz for sharing your Gem with us. Xx

Just lovely
We really wanted a stress free peace and quiet holiday in comfortable home and glorious pool. We got it. It was very hot had heatwave first week so pretty much spent all day in pool reading many books overlooking stunning views and sea. Heaven. Views are just gorgeous. Slightly wanted to lob off top of a tree in front of jacuzzi but all added to charm and nature! So much for eating in every other night - we didn’t eat in once! Food locally was too delicious. Walk up hill interesting as I am so not fit! Next year I will do better! Loved it and so glad booked early for next year. Villa is very comfortable and has all you need as everyone else has said.

Most relaxing holiday ever
Just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Gin and Tonic and have to say it was just wonderful. The villa has a beautiful location overlooking the bay below so you can enjoy watching the boats and water sport activity going by and it’s just a 10 minute walk up a steep hill to get to a good choice of restaurants. The views are simply stunning from the gorgeous pool and the pool people deliver you fresh bread everyday which is absolutely delicious. We have already booked again for next year, we didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much for sharing your villa with us Liz!

Wonderful Villa wonderful town!
We spent a lovely week at Villa Gin & Tonic. The villa was everything we expected; even our 16 year old was happy. He especially enjoyed having his own balcony. The welcome gift was greatly appreciated and included essentials like tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, cheese and a bottle of wine. The daily bread delivery an unexpected, and pleasant, surprise. There was lots to do even though we were a bit early in the season and Altu and Define Tour companies were very helpful in sorting out activities like kayaking, rafting and jet skiing. Walking the hills to town helped worked off all the lovely food….although taxis were only 70TL to town and came within minutes. Overall, we loved our stay and can’t wait to return as there was still a lot we couldn’t do because we had two bad days of weather.

Fabulous villa with incredible views
Utterly amazing views, at this comfortable well equipped villa. Fabulous pool with comfortable sun beds and actual beds. Great for our family of 4. Liz was so helpful - we have been planning this trip for 4 years and Liz's flexibility has been second to none. Lovely to have fresh bread delivered daily, and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Kalkan is beautiful. We struggled to get anywhere under our own steam as it was soo hot, and everything is up hill, but taxis were easy to book cheap and fast to arrive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return.

Superb!!
A beautiful location, a stunning and very well equipped villa, the generosity of the Maintanance team was second to none! The beach club at the bottom of the villa was absolutely stunning. and a short walk. Everything about the gin and tonic villa was better than the description and pictures! We Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and beauty! Thanks to liz and her team.

A long awaited week away!!!
This is a great property in every way. Compact two bed & two bathrooms upstairs with a great large lounge with a fabulous view across the infinity pool on over the bay. The host was great even when we had a late arrival. Fresh bread everyday with the pool man and a parking space right outside the villa. We had a great stay and if we go back we’ll stay here again, and that’s a first!! Thank you!

Amazing views and Great Location for Beach Clubs
Liz was the most accommodating owner I have ever met. She was a blessing as was Karyn in the times of COVID. Other than a quickly remedied communication mishap at the beginning with checking in (I wasn’t given the code and was told driver would have key and he did not), the house is perfectly located for beach club visits. Pool is nice and view in AMAZING! I cannot stress enough about the view. Sitting on the sofa drinking a cup of coffee in the mornings with that view was incredible. Sitting in the pool at night watching stars and sea, amazing. Far better outfitted in the kitchen than most properties. Only two stories which is a relief form the 3 to 4 stories often found in Kalkan. Perfect for 2 people as beds one full and two twins. I cannot stress enough that the people I was interacting with were attentive and accommodating, for me that means more than anything as you feel that your comfort is priority. Good wifi, good air con. Any problems were quickly addressed and the effort to help on all fronts made the stay easy and pleasant. I had been eyeballing this house for a while but it was ALWAYS booked. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and it really is the best deal in Kalkan. Thank you so much!! I cannot stress enough how helpful both Liz and Karyn were and for me this is really the most important part!

Water problem made it really hard for us.
apart from water Problem which was really serious , we had almost 3 days very limited water or ice cold water . Taking bath was not possible . They tried many time but Probleme keep coming again and again. Everything’s else was very smooth and nice .

The perfect stay
What an amazing trip! We are truly grateful to have been able to stay at Liz's beautiful villa. The view is incredible and the location is brilliant. We really enjoyed staying in Kalamar Bay, which is an oasis tucked just around slightly from the main Kalkan stretch. We cooke din the villa several times and the equipment etc made the villa feel home from home! We also went out for dinner several times, there is quite a large hill down to villa G&T but there is no need for that to put you off, taxi's are very cheap and we did actually walk the hill a few times!! the villa was spotless upon arrival and the fridge filled with wonderful welcome gifts such as milk and wine, all the things you need on the first day after travelling from 3.30am! I would strongly consider only doing villa holidays from now on! We loved Kalkan and are so grateful to you Liz for having us to stay! Sarah & Henry

Just incredible!
I stayed here with my husband and brother for a week at the beginning of September. I was a bit anxious with the Covid situation, but also feeling very ready for a break. We had originally booked for July but then obviously had to cancel. Liz was so patient and understanding and gave us a full refund without question. But we were desperate to go still so took a risk and rebooked for September. It was so worth it. This place is amazing. A lovely welcome pack on arrival made settling in that bit easier and we felt at home immediately. The villa is round on Kalamar Bay side, and we decided to walk round to Kalkan on day one. We never did it again 🤣 it was good to get our bearings but it is so steep and hot! The taxi's are so cheap though, 25 lira each way, and they are all so friendly. It was nice to stay on the quieter side of the bay and be able to pop round to kalkan bay whenever we wanted for the lively atmosphere and awesome restaurants. Every meal was outstanding. Villa eats delivering to your door is also very useful! The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful, the villa and pool being wonderful settings to watch them from. Karyn, the property manager, was very easy to get hold of, very responsive and helped us with our every query. We will be visiting Kalkan again, and won't hesitate to book Villa Gin and Tonic.

Super séjour au gin tonic, sa vue est juste incroyable ! En général la villa était super. On a eu quelque soucis a l'arrivée mais rien de méchant. Si vous chercher une villa ou vous détendre et profiter du paysage c'est la villa qu'ils vous faut.

Simply stunning
Didn’t think we were going to make after having it booked since last September (Coronavirus) but thankfully we did and we are so glad we did. Liz was so understanding and positive- willing us to get to away (as well as allowing us to extend 100% refund period without question which was so much appreciated) It was absolutely glorious and we had a wonderful time. The pool and view are just breathtaking. Although it is a bit of a walk to kalkan centre (up a huge hill) taxis are so easy to get (what’s app) and cheap (20tl) We had a combination of eating out and eating in (again easy to get food delivered straight to the terrace-‘villa eats‘) and it was just the perfect break. Water sports were easy to book (aristos) and do by walking down The steps from the villa to kalamar Beach club. Swimming in the bay in front is just gorgeous and watching the colour of the sky change as the sun rises and sets is something I will remember for a long time. Only downside is that we will find it hard to find anywhere as idyllic. Thank you Liz 😊

First Class Villa and Stunning location.
We have stayed in many Kalkan villas but nothing compares to this one. The outstanding view where the sea glistens back at you from those incredible full length lounge glass windows on arrival. You step out to the pool. It takes your breath away. It was so clean with comfy beds. You don’t want to leave the villa it was also private with colourful plants and trees . It had absolutely everything you could want for an amazing stay. Bread arrived daily too. And if you want a night in, there are all the English TV channels and even Films. We were so impressed . And Karyn the property manager visited us to check we were okay and happy. So helpful and kind. I can’t rate this villa high enough . We will no longer look to try different villas in Kalkan. this is the ONE !

5 Stars not enough
A villa where it is even better than the photos which were already fantastic! A real wow factor when you arrive and see the panoramic view and the infinity pool. Well furnished property to good standard and everything you need is pretty much on hand and if not Karyn the local rep can help you out and is easily contactable. Easy to get taxis to get around if not got a car but a few places such as House in proximity and the beach club. Everyone uses WhatsApp so makes it so easy to order taxis, takeaway etc using villas WiFi. We spent a lot of time around the villa enjoying the pool and view and had our breakfast with the bread delivered by pool man each day. From reading guest book several families had been there more than once and we know why. A great holidays and will be back!

Fantastic place to stay
Just spent a great 12 days at Villa Gin & Tonic. All was very accurately described on the details page however there is a wow factor when you arrive and see the view as it's magnificent. The whole process of booking and checking in was seamless with great communication throughout. Nice little touches like a welcome pack on arrival and fresh bread delivered each day. Villa Gin & Tonic
If anything, this villa was undersold! Everything is perfect. The photos really don’t do the location full justice; the views are breathtaking. This really is the most idyllic spot imaginable. Location is great - just outside the towns of Kalamar and Kalkan, so very quiet/peaceful, but still very accessible to everything; a cab into Kalkan costs £3. The villa interior is lovely, a real holiday home feel, stunning views through a huge picture window across the patio and infinity pool to the ocean. Very nicely furnished interior and all facilities are more than adequate. In particular, the patio/pool area is marvellous, plenty of room for sunbathing and evening barbecue. Highly recommended - we will be back.

Fantastic villa. Stunning view. Above expectation.
We stayed at Villa Gin & Tonic for five nights at the end of September. Everything at the villa was as expected, if not better. The villa is comfortably furnished and has everything you need. The pool and gardens are well kept and the view is simply amazing. Communication from the owner on Home Away and local manager was easy. We had a hire car and drove into Kalkan for meals, shopping etc but there are plenty of taxis if you preferred. Would have no hesitation in staying here again. Many thanks!

Accomodation was great with fantastic view over bay.
Kalkan/Kallamar Bay was ideal with a large selection of good quality restauraunts and bars without spoiling the overall charm. The villa was in a quiet location overlloking Kallamar Bay and only a short walk to two beach clubs if you wanted to swim in the sea for a change. However, the whole area is developed on fairly steep slopes leading down to the sea and walking from the villa to the restauraunts, bars and supermarkets is quite a task. We had a car and used taxis, which were around 20 lira each way, so not an issue for us but something to be aware of. Overall very enjoyable and would certainly look to Return in the nearly future.

Improving on Perfection
4th time in Kalkan and 2nd time in Villa Gin and Tonic. If it was possible to improve the villa from last time the owners certainly have, inside and out. For anybody wishing a delightful two bedroom villa with beautiful infinity pool with stunning views then this is the one.
