Our beautiful villa is the perfect place if you want a relaxing, peaceful holiday or short break. It is located along Turkey’s gorgeous Turquoise coastline in the picturesque neighbourhood of Kisla on the eastern side of captivating Kalkan. We enjoy fabulous views over a beautiful bay with a backdrop of lush dramatic hillsides. With justification it’s been likened to the Italian Riviera.

We offer the best of all worlds: easy access by sea taxi or a regular taxi to the many chic restaurants and bars of bustling Kalkan with its stylish old quarter and cascading bougainvillea. And our lovely setting also provides a quiet and tranquil base to enable you to catch up on your reading or writing, or just chill as much as you want. Or if you are a bit more adventurous you can explore the outstanding scenery and ancient archeological sites nearby.

The villa offers a spacious layout with 4 generously sized bedrooms upstairs (all en-suite) and large, open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor. French windows lead out onto the stunning private pool/patio area which offers fantastic uninterrupted views across the bay towards the centre of Kalkan. By day you can catch the lovely hot rays and cooling sea breezes whilst turtle spotting in the turquoise and deep blue waters. By night, the view of Kalkan with its twinkling lights shimmering on the water’s surface is simply magical.

The facilities include a great sun-deck on the roof terrace with even more amazing views, air-conditioning throughout, plenty of outdoor furniture including a purpose built BBQ, all your standard technology needs e.g. satellite TV with android box to enable live UK TV viewing plus sports, films and box sets, Wifi, Bose docking station, DVD player etc, plus, if you are staying at the start or end of the season, our pool can be heated at no extra charge and our outdoor patio heater can warm you up on the cooler evenings. This makes our villa totally usable from March through November, or even for a very pleasant mid-winter getaway.

We have several restaurants nearby in Kisla though you will want to explore Kalkan of course. We are a 3 minute walk down to the lovely free beach park, which is very safe if you have children or simply fancy a dip in the Med, and from here you can catch the sea taxi over to Kalkan – it’s a 10-15 minute fun journey and the cooler sea breeze is so refreshing when the weather is really warm.

The villa can comfortably sleep 8 people so it is a great size for a family booking or possibly 2 families who really enjoy each other’s company. It’s also perfect for a group of friends/couples wanting to explore this wonderfully evocative and historic area, often described as the new Tuscany/Dordogne. And because it’s so peaceful yet with ready access to some great little restaurants, it’s the idyllic spot for a romantic break.
