Brilliant Beyaz Kelebek!
Amazing sea front villa with everything for a luxurious stay in the wonderful Kalkan! Pool, jacuzzi and sea platform gave a range of options for swimming, relaxing and turtle watching! Bayez Kelebek is well equipped and looked after brilliantly by the housekeeping team. Communication with Hans was excellent! We had the most fantastic holiday and stayed in the best villa in town!😊

Stunning Villa
This villa is fabulous. The outside areas and gardens are stunning and beautifully maintained. The interior of the villa is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, we have never stayed in a villa that has such a well-equipped kitchen! The location and views are lovely, and we particularly enjoyed getting the ferry over from the beach club to Kalkan in the evenings. The owner is very responsive and helpful and gave useful contacts for arranging our transfers and a private boat charter. We very much look forward to returning as soon as we can.

FANTASTIC WELL EQUIPPED VILLA IN BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS
We certainly weren't disappointed with any aspect of this villa. The pictures don't do it justice, it is beautifully presented and has everything you could ask for. We hired a chef to cook one night and he agreed it had one of the best equipped kitchens he had ever cooked in. The cleaning and gardening were carried out efficiently and we were very pleased that the inside was cleaned twice and linens changed as this is something you don't often get on a weekly rental. Communication with the owners was great and the information provided was very detailed and covered everything we needed. No wonder this villa is booked up for weeks to come - it would be hard to top it - if you want a beautiful 3 bedroom villa, well equipped, with lush gardens and it's own dock by the water to relax on- this should be your number one choice

MEMORIES ARE MADE OF THIS
Everything about this villa is lovely. The view alone is breathtaking. We were extremely Impressed with the level of facilities within and around the villa. The hillside seating and dining area, and the direct access to the sea with private access just added to the beautiful pool area. This rates as the best villa we have stayed in on our several trips to Kalkan. Located at the very end of Kisla, the view across to Kalkan with the mountains behind is something that will stay with you always. Kalkan is easily accessible by taxi or water taxi with prices very low. With the people of Kalkan so warm and welcoming you will leave as a friend. Kalkan is our happy place, and Villa Beyaz Kelebek will not disappoint in any way. We feel so lucky to have managed to get our holiday to Kalkan this year, thank you Hans for the communication from you in the lead up. We had an excellent holiday, stay at this Villa and you will as well. Phil, Julie, Pete, Babs, Natalie and Ashley.

Well appointed luxury villa.
Lots of lovely features to explore. Its own private jetty to swim from. A good quality gas BBQ. Many different locates to take meals at including a nice high level terrace with cracking views. Large lounge with big screen TV. Views from the infinity pool across the bay to Kalkan harbour fantastic and just as good from the master bedroom lying in bed. Lots of private outdoor space and with quick and easy access to the Beach Club if you want it. Kalkan is pretty much a British resort but excellent selection of restaurants and a day out on one of the boats from the harbour is a must. We might even come back (something we never do as always like to try new places).

Fantastic Villa Bayez Kelebek
We have just returned from our stay at Villa Bayez and have to say pictures do not do it justice Everything about the villa is done to the highest standards and totally exceeded our expectations and gave us the most fantastic holiday anyone could wish for. It was our first time in Kalkan but won’t be our last as the resort itself is a hidden gem with a wide choice of restaurants which where all excellent Don’t just consider booking Villa Bayez Kelebek , just book it and it will be one of the best decisions you will make in a long time John

The Whiteside Family - August 2019
Beautiful Villa and location to match. Villa is a very high standard and cleaners and daily pool service kept it immaculate. Information left to us by Hans was very useful and Kalkan was a vibrant town with delicious places to choose from to eat and beautiful shops. One of our daughters is Vegetarian and she was spoilt for choice. The Kalkan Beach Park Staff were helpful and the Water Taxi was very convenient to hop on to visit the town. Would also recommend the water sports activities in Kalkan - very professional. This is a magical place and everything was faultless and ticked all the boxes and we would highly recommend. amazing villa amazing location
stayed for 2 weeks 5th to 19th aug. the villa is absolutely amazing and the sea views are spectacular with easy access to swimming in deep water. Cleaning was done twice a week with linen and towel change and garden and pool area done every day by two very competent people. Seda the caretaker was at hand for any problems that may arise. If there was anything I would change it would be the proximity to the beach club which is located directly underneath and could be noisy during the day, but wouldn't stop me going back there. Loved it!!!
