The open-plan living space is furnished with modern and chic pieces to compliment the views. The lounge has a comfortable seating area, Smart Tv and can be climate controlled using the air conditioning to heat or cool to your liking. The modern kitchen is fitted with high-spec appliances for ease during your stay. Downstairs there is a second lounge with further comfortable seating, TV and also a laundry/utility area. Also on this level, you'll find the large bedroom containing 4 single beds which can be combined to offer 2 doubles. All bedrooms have air conditioning and storage space as well as ensuite shower rooms, with an additional shower room on the ground floor. The exterior terrace and balcony areas of this villa are fantastic and one of the many reasons we love it. There is seating at every level for you to enjoy the views of the glistening waters and luscious landscape surrounding. The main terrace has alfresco dining facilities, a brick-built barbeque and sun loungers surrounding the inviting infinity pool. 
When you want to get out and explore the local area you won't have far to go to. The nearest beach, restaurants, bars and shops are all under 700m away. But, if you want to explore the main resort head just a short drive around the coast where there's an even larger offering, including the weekly market in Akbel.
