'I arrived 12 hours late after missing my connection. Staff ensured my airport transfer was changed and even helped me with a sulphur bath appointment. My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!'

'Warmly recommended. It's a lovely hotel in Tbilisi's old district. We liked the room a lot. It was very closy, comfortable and also provided a balcony in our case. 'We really enjoyed our stay in BW Tbilisi City Center. The staff was helpful and nice. Check-in was quick and the rooms and the whole hotel was very clean. The choices for breakfast were not to extensive, but maybe it had to do with the fact that it was pretty quiet in the hotel. Overall I would recommend it when visiting Tbilisi!'
