This exclusive and stylish apartment is centrally located in downtown Kassel on the Fulda River and features, among other things, 3 large and quiet bedrooms with box-spring double beds, a large living room with a dining area, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and toilet, a separate guest restroom, a balcony, and a large, sunny terrace facing the Fulda River, an elevator, and a free underground parking space in the building (living area approx. 130 m²).

Pets are welcome (max. 2) and are charged at €5.00 per night per pet, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €15.00.

Since July 2025, the city of Kassel has charged all guests a lodging tax of 5% of the rental price. Since this cannot be automatically calculated by the booking platform at the time of booking, a separate payment request will be issued for this amount.

Just a few steps away from this fully equipped, quiet apartment, you’ll find, among other things, numerous cafés (some of which serve breakfast), restaurants, pubs, and bars, specialty shops, department stores, museums, the Documenta exhibition venues, the popular market hall, grocery stores, and Aue Park with its Orangery.

The high-end, loft-style apartment has been freshly renovated and features, among other things, numerous works of art by the renowned street artist Banksy, a large living room with a dining table, TV, and a comfortable sleeper sofa, as well as three spacious, quiet bedrooms, all of which have direct access to the large, sunny terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with large box-spring double beds, wardrobes, and a desk. In addition, this exclusive apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and freezer) and a spacious, modern bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and urinal, as well as a separate guest restroom with an urinal. The apartment also features a washing machine and has a large, covered balcony and a large, sunny terrace facing the Fulda River. We also offer our guests a free parking space in the building.

We know that privacy is important to our guests. That’s why this spacious apartment includes, among other things, 3 bedrooms that are ideally suited for individual use (for example, when several coworkers or vacationers share an apartment).

Take a leisurely stroll along the banks of the Fulda River right outside your apartment, or cross one of the nearby pedestrian bridges to reach downtown Kassel in just a few minutes on foot. The traffic-calmed pedestrian zone in Kassel, the city of Documenta, captivates visitors with its numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, bars, and more, as well as many attractions such as the various Documenta exhibition venues, museums, and the Fridericianum. Also within walking distance: the sprawling Aue Park with its historic orangery, the State Theater, the Market Hall, the Federal Horticultural Show grounds with the large swimming lake, the Fulda floodplains, beer gardens, the new outdoor pool, movie theaters, and more!

But a special highlight is, of course, the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe—Europe’s largest mountain park—featuring, among other things, Wilhelmshöhe Palace, the Löwenburg, and the famous Hercules statue, as well as the monumental water shows that take place regularly in the park.
