Dare Apartment with private pool and garden

Offering private pool, garden and a terrace, Dare Apartment in Kaštela is close to Gojača Beach and Sokolana Beach. that are around 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge.
Split Old Town is 10-15 minutes drive away from the apartment.

Please have in mind that Dare Apartment is a combination of 3 units rented to one group and access to one apartment is through outside stairs.
We have just finished renovating our lower floor apartment and upper floor apartment is very well maintained while our third ensuite room is located just by the pool.

Guests have private access to all rooms and spaces shown in the photos.
Pool is private for guests of Dare apartment.
There are five bedrooms for 10 guests and 2 guests sleep in upper floor living room sofa.

Loud noise and yelling are not allowed at all times.

Owner lives on the second floor but does not use the pool or any other outdoor space that belongs to the apartment.

We also rent 1 en-suite bedroom by the pool, that accepts a maximum of 2 guests in total.

As every other pool we need to maintain it to keep it in perfect condition for our guests so please be aware that we need to agree when we will perform the cleaning of the pool and watering of the plants around the pool.
