Superb accommodation
We were a group of six adults looking for a comfortable villa with private pool in a relatively quiet location and a few restaurants nearby. Villa Lukas was the perfect choice. Mate, our host, was helpful in organising our airport transfer and we were extremely appreciative of his kind offer of a supermarket run so we could stock up on essential items for our stay. We did a mixture of eating out and self cartering, so further trips were made to the supermarket on foot as it was only a 10 minute stroll to the nearest one. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary crockery and utensils. Accomodation has an excellent layout with three good sized double bedrooms and a large open social living room/kitchen dinner. The pool area was also excellent with enough comfortable sun beds for all of us plus two outside eating areas. The icing on the cake was the use of a large six seater hot tub, perfect for an evening in to just chill out. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore the local area and would recommend a trip to Krka national park and also Split marina for a stroll around the old town area which has beautiful buildings and quaint alleyways. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from. All in all, a wonderful holiday at a great location and superb host. Thanks Mate

Nice and quiet place, very good for families with small children, close to Split but not so crowded like in the city. All kind of shops available in short distance. Very cozy and comfortable place.

Great place to begin exploring the Dalmatian Coast
We have had a superb family holiday staying at Villa Lukas. Mate was a great host, collecting us from the airport and dropping us off at a supermarket to collect groceries. The Villa itself is a lovely spacious, bottom floor 3 bed apartment with sole use of the pool, hot-tub and grounds! It was immaculate and had everything you needed. Mate and his family live above on the first floor and he and his wife were unobtrusive but always available if required. We saw more of their parent who pottered about the grounds tending to the garden and the recycle area. Kastela is a great location to access Split and Trogir and the villa is literally minutes walk to beaches and local cafes, supermarkets etc. A highlight was a boat trip organised by Mate through a company called sea-runner.net where we had a private day trip to Trogir, the Blue Lagoon and Solta. Gabriel was superb and tailored the trip to our needs and pace. Would highly recommend. Comms with Mate were excellent and he welcomed our parents who joined us mid stay warmly which was really appreciated. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay!
We’ve just come back from a week’s holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa itself is really spacious, modern and clean and the air conditioning throughout was very welcome in the recent heat. The pool and grounds were beautiful and private. We made great use of the pool and also visited the nearby beach for swimming. The villa is in a great location with beach and restaurants within walking distance, great for teenagers to explore by themselves and also an easy drive to Split and Trogir which are both beautiful. The host Mate is wonderful and drove us around the area on our first day to show us the local shops, restaurants etc, organized a boat trip for us and helped us in every way he could while at the same time giving us complete privacy in the villa and grounds. A great time was had by all the family and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Nothing short of amazing!
Just returned home after a week in this amazing house. Owner arranged pickup at the airport (but only because we were too many to fit in his car). Took us to supermarket and private city tour on arrival. Everything was as described and in perfect shape. Can’t recommend this house and the hosts enough. For the guys: It is also the most romantic place to propose to your girlfriend. Split has some pretty amazing places that can help you arrange the setup :-)

Perfection place to relax and visit Croatia
We had a great time staying in Kastel. The accommodation was better than the pics could make it. We visited both Trogir and Split and spent a day Island hoping. Mate was a prefect host and took around the local area showing us the best places to eat, drink and were the supermarkets were. I think the villa is prefect for families and we would love to return again.

Fabulous property, great host and great location
The property is exactly as described , spotless clean with everything you can think you need thought off. Really helpful , quick communication a host who couldn’t do more from meeting at the airport to restaurant recommendations, to checking everything was ok. Great location for exploring Dalmatia!
Superb holiday staying at Villa Lukas. Mate was a fantastic host, even driving us to collect groceries and helping us with unfortunate hospital trip! Nothing was too much hassle for Mate! The Villa itself is a lovely spacious, bottom floor 3 bed apartment with sole use of the pool, hot-tub and grounds! Great location which is literally minutes walk to beaches and local cafes, supermarkets etc. Highlights were a boat trip organised by Mate through a company called sea-runner.net where we had a private day trip to Trogir, the Blue Lagoon and gorgeous Brac! We snorkelled off the boat and had an amazing lunch at a quiet little seaport on Brac coast. Day trip to Krka national park was also a highlight and the stunning Trogir! If you haven’t been go to Croatia and enjoy a stunning place, a great Villa, and fabulous hosts!

Wonderful, relaxing stay
We had a wonderful stay in Kastel Kambelovac. The villa is amazing, with great facilities, plenty of space, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location to access the beach and local bars, restaurants and shops. We loved the private pool and made good use of it during our stay. Mate was very helpful throughout the stay, ensuring that we had all the information we needed to enjoy ourselves. Amazing trip
The villa and setting were immaculate, and exceeded our expectations. The location was literally a stones throw away from the beach (3 min walk) and had food shops close by. The villa is located in a lovely town and is also situated between Split and Trogir, which meant we had new places to visit and explore every night. The host, was very helpful and was kind enough to give us a tour of the area when we arrived. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. I hope to visit again! (4 adults and 4 month old baby)

Lovely week stay with family
We all (4 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay, fantastic pool and pool area, lovely views, great location, helpful host who arranged our airport pickup, a great boat trip to the blue lagoon and other amazing spots, a visit to Krka National Park (stunning, a must visit). Loved the ice cold air-conditioning in all the rooms which was a god send as it was 35-40 degrees every day, we really couldn't fault it, highly recommend.

This property had everything our family needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. Home and property were well maintained and provided a beautiful view of the sea. Spacious, light, and airy the kids loved the amenities of pool, mini golf, and trampoline. Property provided easy access to Trogir, Split, and beaches. Unvergessene Erholung!
Sowas ist schwer (vielleicht auch garnicht) zu toppen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Mate und seiner Familie in der Villa Lukas. Es fehlte NICHTS, es war alles vorhanden. Wir haben sogar Anti-Mücken-Mittel zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir haben tolle Tipps von Mate bekommen (Restaurants, Ausflüge, Rent-a-Boat etc.). Er konnte bei jeder Frage helfen. Er war immer da, wenn man ihn braucht. Obwohl die Familie im ersten Obergeschoss über der Wohnung wohnt, wird hier Diskretion "groß geschrieben". Wir haben uns NIE gestört oder beobachtet gefühlt. Vielen, vielen Dank an Mate und seine Familie für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

What a great holiday!
We arrived in Split early in the morning and Mate was at the airport to greet us. He dropped us off in Trogir for a few hours while the house was being cleaned and took our bags back with him. He even came and picked us up when the house was ready! The house is exactly as the pictures show - 3 lovely great big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The whole family fell in love with the couch in the living room. Pool and hot tub we warm and we were in them every day! The beach is a 2 min walk. We went right at the end of the off season so quite a few places were closed - but we had enough open to make a great stay. Highly recommend the local restaurant "Balenta Skola" - really nice food and the wait staff were really welcoming. I have recommended this property to friends and will be back :)

Perfect family getaway
We spent 10 days at Villa Lukas and we truly enjoyed it. Communicating with Mate was easy and he arranged everything for us what we needed travelling with two small children (cots, high chair and even toys for our son). The grill outside was amazing! grilling fish and meat with olive tree was one of the best thing for us. A few nice restaurants were also a walking distance and a grocery store. Although weather was quite windy in the beginning of October, the jacuzzi in the garden was just perfect. If you are searching a villa ideal for family vacation we highly recommend Mate's place!

We went to Croatia as a group of seven friends and we had a great time. The house is very clean with modern furniture and Mate is extremely nice and helpful, showing us around when we first arrived. With the pool and the jaccuzi there is plenty of space to relax and the city of Split is only a 15 minute car ride away!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man im Urlaub gerne hätte. Sehr sauber, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der neue Griller wurde gleich verwendet, richtig toll gemacht. Pool und Whirlpool einfach ein Traum, der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß mit Kindern gar kein Problem gleich um die Ecke. Haben auch eine Private Bootstour gemacht die uns der Vermieter organisiert hat. Wolln auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin.

Perfect House near to the beach and Split
I usually don't spend much time in the accommodation when I'm on vacation. This time was different. The pool, the garden area, the mini golf field and the large barbecue ensured that I and my friends spent a lot of time in and around the house and in the water. And the hot tub! Mate is a super host and was able to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to see something of Split and the surrounding area, but wants it quiet at home and also likes to spend a day or two at home.

Lovely House
I spent a week with 7 friends at Mate and it was a very nice vacation. The house is located in a quiet area without much disturbance and is not far from Split, the airport or the National Park Krka. It is also only a 5 minute walk to the beach, so a perfect location. Mate picked us up from the airport along with a van transport which was very cheap for 8 people. We used the van shuttle for the whole vacation, which is highly recommended as it gives you more flexibility. The drivers were all very nice as well. On the first day Mate took us to the supermarket so we could do some shopping and then showed us around the city and gave us tips on where to eat. The house itself is perfect and has everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the rooms are all big enough. The garden was the highlight for us. The pool is very large and the jacuzzi was also very pleasant. There was free wifi which worked very well. Although Mate and his family live in the upper apartment, we still had our privacy. We were also very happy to have a contact person on site. Overall, we can only recommend the accommodation.

Supergutes Haus mit wundervollen Gastgebern
Dieses Haus hat mehr Sterne verdient! Es ist sehr durchdacht eingerichtet. - viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, - jedwedes Küchenutensil ist vorhanden, - Gläser, - Besteck und Geschirr für mehrere Mahlzeiten am Tag, - sehr gute Betten, - 2 große Badezimmer, jeweils mit Toilette, - jeder Raum klimatisiert und - die Außenanlagen sind ein Traum! Viele Liegen mit Beistelltischchen, mehrere Sonnenschirme, ein relativ großer Pool, ein wunderbarer Whirlpool, Minigolf, Trampolin, Schaukel und Meerblick. Morgens kann man auf der dann noch beschatteten Terrasse frühstücken. Die Vermieter sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach unserer Ankunft wurden uns auf einer viertelstündigen Autotour die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Hafen, Strände und Restaurants gezeigt. Sie bewohnen die obere Etage, ohne dass man sie bemerkt oder sich gestört fühlt. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Die Umgebung besteht aus teils neueren, teils älteren Häusern. Keine großen Hotels. Die nahegelegenen Kieselstrände sind sehr schmal, aber gut nutzbar. Das ebenfalls in kurzer Fußdistanz liegende Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous house, amenities, and host!
We were looking for a holiday where we could escape. With the COVID concerns, we wanted a place with lots of amenities in case the beaches were crowded (they weren’t). We loved the location- in between Split and Trogir, which made it quieter than those cities. There were still plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance. Mate was very responsive and helpful. The house has everything described and it’s in top shape. Our children didn’t want to go home (neither did we)! We are already thinking of going back, which is rare for us because we like to explore new places.

Super Urlaub. Empfehlenswert!
Der Urlaub in Kastel Kambelovac in der Villa Lukas war super. Im Voraus wurden bereits alle Details mit dem Vermieter Mate Lukas besprochen. Schon am Flughafen wurden wir seitens des Gastgebers unterstützt. Während des Aufenthalts hat es an nichts gefehlt, da die Villa neben dem umfänglichen Inventar im Haus selbst viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Pool, Whirlpool, Darts, Trampolin, Minigolf usw bietet. Auch die eigene Grillecke haben wir abends sehr gerne genutzt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Freunden, aber auch für Familien ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Mate!

Great family vacation
Mate welcomed us after our late arrival and gave a fast walk-around in the apartment and facilities. The day after he gave us a sightseeing tour to get to know the area and buy food. He arranged all travels during our stay and was dedicated to give us the best vacation possible. After heavy weather he cleaned the pool and made sure everything was allright. Thanks for a pleasant stay in Croatia!

Perfekt til familier og små børn
Vi blev efter aftale hentet i lufthavnen af værten. Han kørte en lille sightseeing tur på vejen til huset. Der var vand og vin til os og Mate kørte os til et nærtliggende lille Supermarked. Huset levede op til forventningerne og det ligger fredeligt men også tæt på stranden og restauranter. Pool og spa blev tjekket og renset hver dag. Køkkenet fungerede rigtig fint og vi brugte den dejlige terrasse rigtig meget. Vi havde en fantastisk uge. Gitte og Fritz, DK

Everything you need for an absolutely wonderful holiday
Our party of six adults have just returned from a two week stay in this villa and we loved everything about it. The villa is immaculate and extremely well equipped. The garden is lovely and the pool was fabulous. The location of the villa is great with lovely views and is just a short walk to various beaches. It is situated in a very quiet spot but is an easy walk to several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is also an easy bus ride into Spilt and Trogir which are both very interesting and scenic towns to visit. Mate was a wonderful host. He met us all at the airport which made our arrival totally stress-free, and he and his son also took us to the supermarket several times. We really appreciated this generosity. Mate and his family were lovely, unobtrusive but always available to answer questions or help in any way we needed. Mate also introduced us to a very nice young man whose taxi we used on several occasions and his flexibility and efficiency added to our experience, especially on a trip to Krka National Park which was a highlight. Mate has created a wonderful villa to enjoy beautiful Croatia from and he really wants people to have a good time. And we did! We would all be very happy to return at some point.

Lovely villa very clean and spacious . Could not fault it.
Mate met us from the airport and took us to the villa taking a detour around local restaurants and supermarket and explained all we needed to know in the villa, We didn’t hire a car until the last day and Mate arranged this all and took us to the airport to collect the car . We went to Kuka national park which should not be missed. We caught the number 47 bus which went frequently to Trogir and to Split . The bus stops on the main road about 10 mins walk away. There are local restaurants within walking distance but we also tried restaurant on the marina which was lovely . Overall a great holiday . The weather was not as good as we hoped but the hot tub then cane into good use . Mate was extremely helpful if needed but never obtrusive. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful property. Ideally located between Split and Trogir and close to local villages with plenty of restaurants, bars and small beaches. Great Villa with fantastic pool and hot tub. Mate and family were perfect hosts. Mate took us out in the car on the first evening to show us all the local facilities in the nearby villages. Perfect location near the coast and equidistant between Split and Trogir which were both just a short taxi ride away for an evening out. A great house and host!

A modern, very well presented property with everything you need for a relaxing break away
From arrival to departure Mate was very accommodating and willing to assist where possible. This is a lovely apartment located beneath a family home. We were a party of four adults and two children and found the apartment very spacious. The area is very quiet which made for a very relaxing break away. You are able to walk along the water front in either direction from the property and there are local shops, a few restaurants and bars within a short distance. We were able to order takeaway food from a local restaurant and could eat out on the terrace at night. We also used the barbecue area in the property to cook on a couple of occasions. Mate has put a lot of thought into the property which has resulted in a great place to stay with everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others. Mate also organised a day trip into Split Centre which gave us good opportunity to get out and about and explore the local area. Should we return to Split we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Had an amazing time staying here with my family. Mate was a lovely and gracious host. He took us for a tour of Kastella and to the grocery store upon arrival. He also helped arrange an awesome sailing day and bike rentals. The villa is spacious, perfectly clean, very well designed and comfortable. The pool and grounds are gorgeous. Ocean views and close to seaside and great local restaurants. Great for families or friends looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. Close to Split and Trogir. Would return again in a second. Loved it!

Excellent Villa, nice pool, well situated, friendly and helpful Owners
The owner was very friendly came out to help us find the villa and gave us a little tour of the area. The villa itself is modern, light,airy and very clean. It has a very nice pool, sundeck and terrace with a view of the sea. The beds are also very comfortable. The villa is well situated to explore Split, Hvar, Kastela and Trigur. It is also only a few miles to the airport.

Beautiful Family Vacation Villa
This villa is immaculate both inside and out, plus a view of the Adriatic - what more could you want? Good sized bedrooms and spacious open plan living, kitchen, and dining room. It is in a quiet location that has a very friendly local feel to it. If you want crowds and tourist spots, both Trogir and Split are a short drive away. The property is situated within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery shops. Everything was perfect for our (5 member) family vacation - we loved it.

Unser Aufenthalt war richtig toll
Wir waren in den beiden ersten Oktoberwochen in Kastela. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Wetter und die Unterkunft bei Familie Mate Lukas war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Angaben aus der Anzeige und den Bildern. Der Pool war beheizt und sauber. Wir können der Familie Mate Lukas nur ganz herzlich Dank sagen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We love it
Second visit to this wonderful apartment. Great location for everything - walk to shop, bakers, great restaurants, bars etc. The accommodation is fantastic, everything has been thought of and it is spotlessly clean and tidy. The air con is wonderful as the weather both times we have been has been amazing and the pool is awesome - we spent much time around the pool and put the lights on to swim at night as well. The icing on the cake is the Lukas family who live on site but are never intrusive or visible but always there if you need them - they are perfect hosts. Thanks Mate and your family for another great holiday.

Outstanding villa, pool and views!
We loved our stay at this villa. The villa is spacious and modern. Air con in every room was very welcome as the weather was so gorgeously hot! The pool with its views of the sea and mountains is fabulous. We had a totally relaxing week. Although we had a car to explore, it was also nice to be able to walk to local bars, restaurants and beaches. Mate was very helpful showing us the local area so we got our bearings but also respected our privacy. Would stay again if we were to visit the area again in the future.

Percet time in Kastel
Starting from the executive summary - it was all very, very good. The house is really well equipped, modern and all in line with the promise given by the offer. You can enjoy several rooms, two bathrooms, great terrace where you can spend either mornings or evenings and the swimming pool. If you have kids - they will love it! The place itself is very close to the beach, restaurant and if you enjoy the walk - bakery, grocery and some coffee places are also withing the walking distance. Last to mention - the great level of hospitality delivered by the host. He made sure we know where to come, made the short tour around the key places that were nearby. All of that with very positive and friendly attitude. We all felt great during the stay.

The pictures do not lie - this is higher quality for a perfect holiday in a lovely house!
The villa is very spacious and extremely well kept, pripared us a very lovely holiday, and was perfect for our 2 family’s with 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 9 till 13 years. The house is placed in a quiet area and is surrounded by a wonderful garden with palms lavender and olive trees. The house was very clean and newly redecorated - like the photos in the ad. Two bedrooms have her own bathroom, wich were top clean und very practic. The swimming pool was very clean, and the outside grillplace was perfect for barbequing at the evening/night. There are three Supermarkets in the neighborhood und a lovely old restaurant within 400m of the villa which was a pleasant surprise - good quality and well priced. The owners of the house were very hospitable and trustworthy. The owners reacted very hurry responsive to a couple of small issues that we encountered. We were very impressed over the 2 weeks that we stayed here. We really recommend renting this house! Fam. Uwe G.

Another excellent stay
Having previously holidayed at Villa Lukas for a week in 2016, we loved it that much we decided to reserve the Villa for another 7 days in 2017. Mate, the host was excellent and met us at the airport and took our bags to the Villa while we went for lunch at a local restaurant. When we checked in, everything was as expected, clean, plenty of amenities and wifi as per the previous year. The Villa is excellently decorated and within good walking distance of beaches, restaurants, bars and shops in Kastella Luksic. Further afield, there are more shops and restaurants in Kastella's Stari and Novi, which are a 20-30 minute walk from the Villa. Buses run on the main road to Trogir and Split every 20 minutes (route 37) and cost around 14-17 Kuna pp depending on which direction you are heading. From Trogir or Split you can go on boat day trips around the many Dalmatian Islands as we did as well as there being many other tourist attractions on offer. Overall, another fantastic stay and we look forward to coming back to this beautiful part of the world in the near future. Thanks to Mate and his family for being excellent hosts.

Fantastic villa and hosts
We were pleasantly surprised to be met by Mate Lukas, the villa owner, at Split airport. He waited for us to collect our hire car and then escorted us back to the villa, showing us the local area and pointing out good restaurants and bars as we drove past. This was over and above our expectations and greatly appreciated. Mate continued to be of great help throughout our holiday, with suggestions of where to go, but was always respectful of our privacy. The villa was wonderful. It is spacious, comfortable and maintained to a very high standard. Our children loved the pool and would have spent all day in there if they could!! The villa is very well situated - close to the sea and good restaurants. We loved the area, with lots to see and do, for all ages. Thank you for a great stay Mate and family, we hope to return soon for another great holiday!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir waren im Oktober eine Woche in der Wohnung von Mate, welchen wir leider erst am letzten Tag kennengelernt haben, da er zu dieser Zeit beruflich unterwegs war. Ein super Service - wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt von Petra. Sie zeigte uns dann auch gleich wo wir einkaufen können und ihre Restaurantempfehlung (Baletna Skola), wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes zu unserem Lieblingsrestaurant. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, und top ausgestattet. Das Baden im beheizten Pool war für unsere Kids ein reines Vergnügen. Wir können das Feriendomizil nur weiter empfehlen.

Clean, Spacious with a beautiful view
This was our first holiday renting a villa after previously opting for package holidays. We were a little apprehensive as we had never done a holiday like this before. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 infant (17 months old). However, we were not disappointed at all with Villa Lukas, and the excellent host Mate and his family. Any apprehensions were blown away as soon as we arrived at Split airport and Mate was there to meet and us and take us to our accommodation. On arrival we were very happy by the cleanliness and layout of the villa; Plenty of space with all mod cons including dishwasher, Wi-fi, air conditioning and DVD player. To top it off the outside pool, Sun beds and shower were as good as the photo's on the web page suggest. The parents of the infant were overwhelmed at how child friendly the villa was - a brilliant cot, high chair, spacious living areas and just 3 steps leading from the villa to the patio and pool area, and even though there were 7 of us we did not feel we were living on top of each other. The villa is set in a fabulous location, with stunning views of the sea and only a 2 minute walk to the pebble beach. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance, including a bakery, mini markets, chemist, restaurants and bars. We did not hire a car as we had opted for a relaxing villa holiday and spent the majority of our time relaxing by the pool and on the beach. We did hire a boat for the morning and hired bikes on another day, although there are options to rent jet ski's, go on boat cruises and explore the surrounding area of Kastela and Split. In the evening we would eat at the local restaurants which were all excellent, incredibly good value and the local wines and beers, also up to a high standard. Mate was a brilliant host and did not bother us unless we had any queries - he was only more than happy to organise bike hire for us and taxi's if needed. Overall, we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing time away, especially large families and we look forward to returning.

Excellent accomodation in good location
We were very impressed with the apartment and the service we received from Mate and his family. The accommodation has everything you will need and it is very spacious and well laid out and thought through. We had everything we needed there and the swimming pool and view is the icing on the cake. We used the pool a lot which was a god send with the very hot temperatures we had in our fortnight there. That said the air conditioning in the apartment was excellent and very effective. The restaurant Baletna Skola - 5 mins walk away was a hit with us and had a large varied menu and always good food - we used it a lot but there are other good ones that Mate informed us about. We visited Split - which we found very very busy, Trogir which we loved but you need to leave time to travel as the traffic is a nightmare, Kliss Fortress which had stunning views and we rented a boat with skipper and visited islands (excellent and a big hit with out teenage daughters) and also hired jet skis on the beach in Kastela. A really wonderful holiday in an apartment that had everything, felt very homely, was in a great location to get to tourist spots but also walk to the beach and a restaurant for good food and drink. Thanks Mate for your excellent hospitality as well - unobtrusive but always available if we had a question. We hope to be back
