Villa Rocco near Split and Trogir offers plenty of space for families, friends and business guests. The private property comprises the main house and a separate bungalow, combining privacy, comfort and time together.

The entire property is exclusively yours, including all three accommodation units: the ground floor, upper floor and bungalow. There are 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and 3 washing machines. The ground floor has two bathrooms, an XXL leather sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV with soundbar. The upper floor has two bathrooms, a 55-inch Smart TV and panoramic views. The bungalow's glass front opens towards the pool.

Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool with massage jets and a retractable enclosure. The pool is available from April to October. The separate media room offers Nintendo Switch, table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a children's playground, Smart TVs and a height-adjustable desk for working during your stay.

The courtyard offers 3–5 parking spaces, plus 2 garage spaces. Beaches and restaurants are around 15–20 minutes away on foot. Split and Trogir are around 10–15 minutes away by car, and the railway station is approximately 400 metres away.

We are available during your stay for questions, local recommendations and assistance. Please confirm the exact number of guests before arrival. Pets, parties, events and unregistered guests are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.

Check-in is from 16:00; check-out is by 10:00. Before departure, remove rubbish, food leftovers and empty bottles from the refrigerator, rooms and outdoor areas and place them in the appropriate bins. Please leave the house swept clean. The property must be fully vacated by 10:00 so the cleaning team can begin.

Safety information: An outdoor camera is located by the stairway. There is climbing/play equipment on the property. The pool has no separate barrier or lock. Guests need to climb stairs to access some areas.
