Welcome to our charming Holiday House Giovanna! We are located in Ceriani, Kaštelir, 10 km near Poreč or Novigrad.
If you like a relaxing and quiet village atmosphere then you are at the right place. Within 10 km of our location there are plenty of Wineries, Wine roads, Olive Oil producers, restaurants, Paragliding Kaštelir and Vrbanovica picknic spot etc. For a vibrant nightlife you can visit Poreč or Novigrad, towns with numerous clubs, night bars and cafes and all year round diverse events.
The space
House Giovanna consists of ground floor where you have a dining area, kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. There you are going go up the stairs to the bedroom with one king size bed and one sofa bed. On the 2 floor there is a bathroom. House is fully equipped with all the amenities that you need - air condition, TVs, free Wi-Fi, coffee makers, dishwasher, laundry washer etc. Highlights of our house are outside - covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, bathroom and 32 m2 pool with gazebo, chairs, table and deck chairs.
During the day you can swim in the pool, sunbathe and play in the yard. In the evening you can barbecue and enjoy cool fresh air. Notes - in the winter you have to use wood fireplace for heating along with AC. Pool usage outside summer season should be requested 2 days in advance.
Guest access
When you enter the gate, there are 4 parking spots. All of the yard and pool area are your to enjoy. One more remark. In the yard and attached to our house there is another house. Owners are Ivanka relatives who have permission to use the pathway to their house and their own, separate terrace. They are discreet and reserved people that keep to themself.
Other things to note
Few words about the people you are going to meet. Ante is a virtual assistant who will help you with all your questions. Ivanka is the owner/Meeter-Greeter of the house - she will welcome you and help you get settled. Ante speaks English, Italian and German and Ivanka speaks Italian. We are always at your disposal.
