'The staff was really helpful and nice! The room was nice, maybe a bit old. When it was raining, the water came in through the window (definitely don’t recommend keeping your luggage close to the window as everything will get wet, as ours did). The elevator was really loud, it could cleary be heard to the room. The breakfast was really nice! You can pick something from the menu every morning.'

'We stayed 2 nights. The location is top, nect to the monastery and 2 blocks away from the Plaza de Armas. We were offered an upgrade for extra money, but we took the superior room we booked. The only window looked out over a service corridor with little privacy. Breakfast is okayish and the sauna not really usuable. We did not get the free upgrade (if available) nor a free drink as promised by Expedia. Good stay overall though, Arequipa wonderful'
