'I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It's a small guest house with about 9-10 rooms. It's all been refurbished to look like it might have 300 years ago. It's so beautiful and quaint. 'Shakya House is in walking distance......10 minutes at most from Durbar Square. The walk itself is very interesting as it is the very old area of Patan and every moment there are amazing sights to see. It is also only 10/15 minute from a large supermarket that has everything you my need. It is well worth the stay as the owner and the staff are very welcoming and will do anything to help. As the sign says... come as a guest and leave as a friend.'

The towels, bed sheets, and bathroom are new and clean. The laundry machine is free to use, which is a big help. The internet is fast. The security was very secure and safe. "After completing Everest Basecamp, we were looking for somewhere to relax and recover. The Hilton offered us this and so much more. The staff are friendly, attentive and go above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay. The food was amazing. We actually never left the hotel for a meal. The accommodation was pristine.
