The estate and the surrounding area
The apartment is located in a newly built modern estate with two salt graduation towers at the guests' disposal. Located in a green area, between two parks - the magnificent and beloved by Katowice residents Kościuszko Park, with the famous parachute tower (a monument dedicated to the defenders of Katowice) and the historic wooden church of St. Michael the Archangel from the 16th century (the oldest architectural monument in Katowice - located on the Wooden Architecture Trail of the Silesian Voivodeship) and the Katowice Forest Park.
There is also the Three Ponds Valley Park in the area.
The above parks offer many attractions, at the entrance to Kościuszko Park the Patio Park restaurant is recommended.
In the vicinity of the facility: Silesian Medical University - 1.5 km, University of Silesia - 3.2 km. Next to the entrance to the estate there is a modern swimming pool "Brynów".
Nearby shopping malls: Libero, Trzy Stawy, Galeria Katowicka and Silesia City Center.
A simple route to the city centre, which can be reached on foot - on the way we will meet the largest Cathedral in Poland - the Archcathedral of Christ the King, with night illuminations, a viewing platform over Katowice, making a huge impression on visitors.
On the way to the Katowice Market Square, we will meet the famous, entertaining Mariacka Street, with numerous bars, clubs and then the phenomenal, with historic buildings, vibrant Dworcowa Street, where the main element is the old train station - beautifully renovated and currently serving entertainment and catering functions.
Then we will find the Market Square, with many attractions and the famous "Aioli" restaurant.

Near the building there is a tram stop to the center or to Brynów, a bus stop.
Walking to the center or the train station takes only about 20-25 minutes.
On the estate (approx. 250 m) there is a cafe/confectionery/bakery "Zachcianka", serving delicious coffee and cakes and on Monday-Friday - breakfasts; grocery store.
