Built between 1908 and 1918 for workers of a nearby mine, it is now a symbol of the city's transformation and one of the most fascinating places to visit. The apartment serves as a perfect base for exploring the area. Walking through Nikiszowiec, visitors can feel the spirit of the past and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of bygone years. Preserved tenement houses, charming courtyards, and characteristic red brick buildings create a unique ambiance that attracts both tourists and locals. Thanks to the convenient location of our apartment, guests have easy access to numerous cultural attractions, festivals, concerts, and local restaurants serving regional delicacies. A hockey center is located right next to the apartment. The surrounding area is filled with shops, cafes, restaurants, and various service points. The location allows for easy transportation thanks to numerous bus and tram stops (Nikiszowiec Lodowisko, Nikiszowiec Szpital, Nikiszowiec Kościół) as well as the A4 highway.
