'The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and very efficient. They gave us two connected rooms for our group of three. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Nice simple, very tasty breakfast. Located 5 minute walk from the Partition Museum and 15 minutes from the Golden Temple. '

The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls.'

There were no hand towels, no hair dryer, no conditioner, no lotion and for shampoo they got us clinic plus shampoo pouches. 'The hotel is tucked away by Amritsar bus station. The surrounding streets are in a poor condition, however the hotel is very modern. The staff checked us in efficiently and the room was cleaned and ready to a very good standard. It is a 25 minute walk to the Golden Temple Complex or a 5 min rickshaw journey.
