'While we had an enjoyable holiday with the family, the hotel is lousy. The AC was not working and I have asked for a 50% refund for my room which they agreed to, although I doubt any will come back. There was water logging in the bathroom and one needs to switch on the geyser else you will not get hot water. Parking is also a nightmare. The options are limited so one has little choice but to accept sub standard service. Price is reasonable. '

'It’s a nice place but before booking you should know that there are two wings upper and lower with a distance of about 300-400meters. It’s a steep walk and there is one gypsey available to commute between the two wings.
Lower wing has cottages but they are smaller in size compared to rooms in upper wing.
But all the facilities are like restaurant, pool, play area etc are in lower wing so if you get a room in upper wing you are basically stuck on the availability of the gypsey.
