'Easy and very convenient. Great location near the train station, shops and easy parking. The Staff were amazing from the time we arrived till we checked out. Very safe. The people are lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the MC Apartments, great view from our room. Apartments had everything that we needed. I give it 10/10. '

'Check in instructions were clear and super easy. Room was clean and tidy with a very warm and comfortable bed. Air conditioning, internet and cooking facilities were excellent. Property manager was very helpful. Room was small but cosy. Will definitely stay again'

'Ons verblijf in Proximity Apartments in Manukau was op zich goed. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit, alles wat netjes schoon. Alleen was het jammer dat wij aan de voorkant van het hotel aan een groot plein sliepen op deze vrijdagavond, want er was tot zeer diep in de nacht veel muziek en druk gepraat op de terrassen van de bars, die aan dit plein en bij de mall gesitueerd waren.'

'Close enough to the airport that it only took about 15 minutes to get there after we arrived and needed to rest. Grocery and restaurants near by. 30-45 minutes to heart of Auckland, but typical for a city that size. Comfortable beds and clean. AC was a plus. '

'Very clean and quiet. A great shopping centre is very close.Had to collect keys after hours due to plane arriving after 5.00pm.The instructions given were clear and the keys and info were very easy to locate. '

'A beautiful property with stunning views of the Palm beach valley and ocean. Perfect for access to walks and beach front. Quiet and private. A wonderful location and amenities for our needs. '

'Had a fantastic time and magic location. Comfy beds etc. Definitely pleased we bought a 4WD. There were SUPS that looked like they could be used by guests (not locked) - would have bought wetsuits if we had known. Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all!'

'This was a cute and unique experience to stay in a tiny house. I do wish it had a bit more privacy but I did know it was in the backyard of the host's house. It is so conveniently located to downtown Auckland and the airport, which was really great. '

'From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. Thanks for a great stay and looking after me so well '

'Our stay at this property had a mix of positives and disappointments. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our immediate family to spread out, but also gather around the table for shared meals. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. It had discolored water and floating empty alcohol cans. The spa pool was damaged...

"I recently stayed at Pullman for multiple days and was deeply disappointed with the overall hospitality and service, which fell far short of my expectations for a high-end establishment. - The Room Views: The view from my room was utterly dismal, facing a noisy and unsightly construction site. - Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was meager and unappetizing. Many items appeared stale or unfresh. Furthermore, buffet plates were not replenished regularly, and the coffee machines malfunctioned during my stay. - Check-in/Check-out: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly confusing and frustrating. The partial payment and charging procedures were the most convoluted I have ever encountered at any hotel. - Service Requests: Simple requests, such as borrowing an adapter for my electronic devices, were met with indifference or difficulty. The overall experience was more akin to a low-three-star hotel, despite the rooms being relatively new. The hotel's ambiance was cold and transactional, lacking the warmth and personalized service I've come to expect. Prior to my stay at Pullman, I stayed at the Millennium Hotel, where all the services I required were readily without any fuss. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was far superior, all at a fraction of the price I paid at Pullman."
