'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Everything was good. Staff was super friendly. Chinatown, Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church are all 10-20 min walk from the hotel. Pier 11 is a 3 min walk from hotel. You can catch the ferry there to go to Dumbo & Brooklyn bridge. Subway station to go to Times Square is a 5 min walk. Also many food options around the hotel. Would stay here again! '

'The hotel is very modern and grand. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The only complaint was that the beds were so hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. There is also a window in the shower that goes into the sleeping area. This made it a little awkward during shower time, especially with my 14 year old son being on the other side of the window. The window needs a curtain for family/friend staying together. Yes you can see through the window. '
