Ik miste een gebedskleed
Voor twee volwassenen en een kind hadden ze maar een dekbed klaargezet, dat viel wel tegen en ik miste helaas een gebedskleed.Voor de rest was het oke.

Een super hotel, nu al voor de 2de keer onze vakantie verbleven, heel schoon super familiekamers, echt TOP! Wat niet fijn is dat er geen balkon is om te roken dat mis ik echt en om wat was te drogen een droogrekje.

Het was een zeer schone hotel en zeer schone kamer.Modern ingericht.Medewerkers waren behulpzaam.Winkelcentrum is vlak naast het Hotel, dat was echt heel handig.De luchthaven van Kayseri was heel dichtbij en dat was eigenlijk de reden dat we dit hotel hebben gekozen

High quality hotel, suitable for business as well as holiday. Rooms are large, clean, and have great view of the city. The minibar is empty however, and scarcely a bottle of water is supplied. Luckily, the hotel is in the city centre, and restaurants are nearby. This year, the service in the spa section was terrible. Coming here for many years, this contrasted extremely. Rude, insulting personnell, strangely trying to comply to rules that make no sense, and trying to sell things in order to make profit. This is a disgrace for a 5* hotel and the Radisson group. Because of this years experience I would choose a different hotel for next visits.
