Different groups don’t communicate to each other snd made it my responsibility to align them (cleaning and reception, restaurants and reception etc). Most of the staff at the reception was not properly trained with an exception of Alexander. I had the worst experience with one individual who wouldn’t look at me, was unhelpful and used unprofessional language. I was shocked and shared with the front desk manager. She just asked me to be understanding due to him being very new.

Great facilities, just needs better trained staff
Breathtaking spacious. Room was excellent, spa was great with tons of pools and saunas. Had a very professional massage. Booked with breakfast & dinner. Dinner was buffet style and not 5 star - but a good 4 star. The only downside is the service staff: Almost nobody speaks English or at least a foreign language. It was a bit funny to watch the panic attack when, for example, I ordered a beer and the waiter ran away at high speed – to find the one college that was able to understand what I wanted. Or we just got ignored when we received a glass of white wine instead of a red wine as the waiter was unable to understand what we complained and just ignored our comment. Not by bad mood – simply because she didn´t understand. Same at the reception but there it took less time to find a translator or an English-speaking staff – member. And obviously many have not really been trained in service business. Almost everyone was friendly (or at least trying to be) - but many had no clue what to do. Nevertheless, we would come back as the facilities offered are phantastic and we hope that the service will improve over time.

Service and especially cheffs and waiters could tremendously improve. They are simply not what one would expect from a five star hotel. Apart from that, the building and especially the thermal and spa zone are excelent.

To start with when.we asked for a room with a view the receptionist said we’ll like it and the only thing that we could see was a car park. Obviously they don’t know the term "room with a view". Secondly you’ll be always meet with a smile when you ask them to solve any issues but they won’t do anything to fix it.. Thirdly there are no procedure to check the spa facilities and amenities which can be annoying for certain things you’re expecting to be done. And finally cash is the best way to go if you don’t want to face troubles with your finances, the accountancy department is just useless to solve any issues with your payment if something goes wrong. I’ve never had experienced such an incompetence EVER. In conclusion I’d hardly will recommend King’s Valley Spa hotel to anyone even to my enemies. Just stay away from it.

This place is fantastic! It’s a great value for inclusive hotel, pool, dining, and spa options. The buffet was great and had a lot of options. There was plenty of space at the spas and pools. The staff was super friendly. The massage was excellent and reasonably priced. I even stayed an extra day because I had such a great experience. My only complaint is that the laundry service was unreasonably expensive and charges per item. . My bag of clothes that normally cost 10€ to wash and dry had an estimated cost of more than my whole room! I wish they would charge by weight instead.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. I have stayed in 25 different hotels in the past 18 months from the Hilton Rainbow tower on Waikiki Beach to the Sofitel in Cairo. This was the nicest and best value.

All in all a good stay. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. The only negative experience were the room cleaning. Despite our signal that we wanted the room done, nothing happened. We still had to call reseption and ask for it, and then it was done poorly. Did not even care to do the beds, only changed the towels. Otherwise very good.

Late check-in at 5pm , instead of 3 pm. There were no towels and bath robes. We asked to be provided but there was no reaction ,luckily on the second day we saw a lady cleaning the room next to ours. She gave us towels and bath robes and told us that nobody informed her that we have asked for the same. Room was not cleand during whole stay ( 5 nights), houskeeper visited us at 4.30 pm on the day before we leave the hotel! It happened also that there were no towels on the SPA reception on our first day ( we also had none in the room ). There are not enough tables in the resturant, often you have to wait to find a table, same on the pool where sunbeds are not enough for the capacity of the Hotel. I would not recommend it for the value!

The hotel is brand new, so modern and luxury, the room and the bathroom were huge for standard ! The spa and the pools were great and we are very pleased but the salt room was closed. The buffet for breakfast and dinner had plenty of food to choose from but the quality is something that they need to pay more attention. They are still under construction as was little noisy in the afternoon above us. For lunch you don’t have options as only their a la carte restaurant is serving lunch, the room service and Sofra restaurant are due to open.
