The Neighborhood:

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of old Gudauri. It is within a 10-minute walk to the famous Marco-Polo Hotel and only a 7-minute drive to the nearest mountain. Hotel Panorama is a 5-minute drive away, and shopping, sightseeing, dining, and bars are easily reachable by car. Guests can enjoy meals at "Pelagoni," a charming ground-floor restaurant in the Marshall Lobby, open from 11 AM to 11:30 PM. Please note that on weekends, events may extend until 2 AM.



Getting Around:

While there's no public transport in Gudauri, the apartment's central location ensures ease of access to skiing facilities and local attractions.

Guests will be provided with all necessary information for navigating the area. Guests are welcome to dine at "Pelagoni," a delightful restaurant situated on the ground floor of the Marshall Lobby. Operating hours are from 11 AM to 11:30 PM. Please note that during weekends, there might be events which may extend until 2 AM at the latest.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Gudauri. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
