Important Information
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, vaping, IQOS, or similar devices — is not permitted inside the house. If smoking is detected, we will unfortunately have to terminate your stay.

Location
The house is ideally located in the center of Vourkari, just a short walk from the area’s popular restaurants, bars, and marina. Gialiskari Beach is only five minutes away by car, offering a beautiful spot for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxation.

Luggage and Departure
We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Please also be aware that late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The Space
The house features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. The larger bedroom (Bedroom 1 in the photos) includes a king-size bed for extra space and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and an espresso coffee machine — perfect for preparing meals and enjoying your morning coffee.

All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs to ensure a pleasant and connected stay. For outdoor living, the property offers two private verandas, a barbecue area, and a rooftop garden with stunning panoramic views of Vourkari Bay — a perfect setting for relaxing or enjoying an evening drink.

Other Things to Note
There are five steps connecting the living room to the bedroom area, as shown in the photos. Also, while the house is pet-free inside, you may notice a few friendly cats around the outside of the property — they live outdoors and may occasionally stop by.
