'We had a fantastic stay in a stunning location. The room was small but comfortable. The shower was excellent. Great tea and coffee making facilities with easy access to additional tea and coffee. Beautiful cottage garden with seating areas. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and all food freshly cooked to order. Less than a minutes walk to the main square in Grassington with easy access to a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Lovely walks close by. '

'A great 2 night stay at the Woolley Sheep with a compact, warm and comfortable room, great staff and a fantastic breakfast. We have stayed elsewhere in town on previous visits but this will be our go to in future. The central location with off street parking included is unbeatable. 'Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. We also had a gastropub style meal at night and a complimentary full English bteakfast in the morning. Both meals were very good. We were most impressed by the staff; all of whom were very friendly, professional...

'Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. '

'Lovely stay here , room was comfortable , warm and clean , very quiet despite being by the road . The only noise was from the bar quiz but that didn’t go on for long . Our meal here was lovely, reasonably priced and well worth the money , when the beer my partner wanted had finished he chose another, only to be brought a free half pint when it was back on again . Wouldn’t hesitate to return '
