Imaginatively conceived, endearingly quirky and brimming with originality in both design and décor, Agata is a unique and hugely welcome addition to our Kefalonia portfolio. With a gorgeous view across verdant hillside to the sea and neighbouring Ithaca, the property is a great choice for a couple or smaller party looking for a comfortable, convenient location from which to enjoy this much sought-after Northern corner of the island and, in particular, the numerous attractions of nearby Fiskardo.
Creatively constructed with an eye on integrating ‘naturally’ with the hillside means only the uppermost edge and roofline of the house are visible from street level, giving little clue to the cosy and welcoming retreat that lies just below.

Indicative of the owner’s artistic use of colour, the striking pinkish hue of the house façade contrasts markedly with the muted greys of the living area and whitewashed, part-exposed/part-polished concrete minimalism of various walls in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Further highlights that teasingly reveal themselves as you move through the property include a vaulted beamed ceiling in the living room; large picture window and tall sliding doors framing the splendid view; dramatic and impactful artwork alongside smaller, more subtly decorative pieces as well as an inviting wrap-around terrace cum dining area.
