Villa La Vie is an attractive and stylish property set within spacious lawned gardens overlooking the Ionian Sea. Located in the peaceful area of Svoronata, it offers the ideal combination of modern living with convenient access to the coast and all amenities, the nearest taverna is just 20 minutes walk away. 
Accommodation is across one level with a comfortable open plan living space and 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite shower room, and all opening out onto the lawn and pool terrace with sea views beyond. High beamed ceilings and a neutral décor with earthy tones, guarantee a bright and spacious interior.

Guests are sure to spend much time outdoors, the living area extends out to a covered exterior dining terrace and outdoor seating area, the perfect place to relax whilst the rest of the family enjoy a splash in the generously sized pool. To the side of the property there is a separate dining area and barbecue house, the ideal spot to retreat to and to while away lazy evenings with al fresco dinners and a bottle of wine from the local winery, located just 2km down the road.

Svoronata is a traditional and pretty village close to some of the islands best beaches. Avithos is just 2.4km away and is famous for its views across to Dias Island with its hilltop church, Blue Flag beach and crystal clear waters. Within a 20 minute drive, you will find Paliolinos, a secluded pebble beach with wonderful rock formations and Amandakis, an ‘off-the-beaten track’ rock beach popular with snorkellers. The recently reformed marina at Agia Pelagia is less than 5km away and is renowned for its yachting community and boat hire. The fine white sand, crystalline waters, waterfalls and amenities at Lourdas are just 12km from Villa La Vie.

The charming capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, can be reached in around 20 minutes by car. Here you can explore the harbour and market, as well as visiting the array of shops, waterfront restaurants and bars.
