Villa Phoebeia is an elegant retreat set in the peaceful village of Antipata, just a short drive from the charming harbour town of Fiskardo. Perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking panoramas of the Ionian Sea, this residence gazes across the lush cypress and oak woodlands and the dramatic white cliffs of the Lixouri Peninsula. The villa’s design beautifully harmonises traditional Kefalonian charm with contemporary luxury, creating an inviting atmosphere for those seeking both tranquillity and sophistication. As the sun sets, the landscape transforms into a scene of calm beauty, accompanied by the distant sound of goat bells echoing across the hills.



The villa is arranged across two levels, offering a refined blend of space, light, and comfort. On the upper floor, a galleried salon with a high beamed ceiling and elegant furnishings welcomes guests to relax and enjoy uninterrupted sea views through the large windows. This floor includes a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and private terrace, as well as a second bedroom with twin beds and a private bathroom. The lower level features an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Two further bedrooms are located on this level—one with twin beds and a shower room, and another spacious master suite with an en-suite bathroom.



Stepping outside, guests are greeted by one of the largest infinity pools in the area, shaped like a grand piano and complemented by a generous sun terrace. The al fresco dining area is shaded by a charming wooden pergola and features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and a changing room with shower and toilet facilities—perfect for relaxed summer evenings.



Villa Phoebeia accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms and five bathrooms. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required, payable upon arrival. Cots for infants up to one year are available free of charge upon request. Children of all ages are welcome, though those aged two and above are charged as adults. Parties and events are not permitted, pets are not allowed, and guests are asked to respect quiet hours between midnight and 8 a.m. Staff ensure thorough cleaning and sanitisation in line with current health guidelines, maintaining the villa’s impeccable standards for a safe and luxurious stay.
