'Amazing staff from the front desk to the housekeepers. Aurora made check in the only bright spot on a 10 hour moving day cross countrywith wife a nd dog. Rooms were well kept and very nice. Breakfast was good with a yogurt bar and quiche not your normal fair. The grounds are nice for pets. A lot of green space with waste baskets. Aurora got the 5 stars right away but plenty of others would of stepped in to secure the 5 im sure of it. Perfect place to end a stress filled day'

'The hotel was okay. The sheets we got were stained. You can tell it’s a little bit of an older hotel with modern updates. It wasn’t horrible it was a decent stay for the price we paid. We did not eat the breakfast because my son has nut allergies and we tend to avoid places like that.'

'Super dirty and ran down, do your research on this place and believe all that you see. And if you decide to check out early due to dirty rooms they wont provide refund. It was not so disgusting in the past, really needs serious renovations, not cover ups.'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'Check in was quick and easy. We were provided with a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat in the area. Our cottage was beautiful and NEW with a small patio overlooking the lake. The Bed was comfortable and AC cooling. The wall fireplace added nice ambiance. The front desk called at 9 to say they were leaving for the night and to see if we needed anything. Close to the outlets. A wonderful place to stay! We will be coming back.'
