'The hotel is about an 8 minuite walk from the center of Ubud. The hotel is very quiet at night which is nice after walking the streets and restaurants and shops in the centre of town. You can relax and the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and cater for all your needs. They use WhatsApp so you can order your breakfast to your room every day and sit on the porch in front of the small pool which we did every morning. The rooms are clean and air conditioned with fresh towels and bedsheets available...

'Hotel looks good on the pictures on Expedia. Unfortunately it felt a bit as a catfish when we arrived. Room was not clean as we found several long black hairs om the floor. This was handled very well by the hotel staff and room was cleaned again right away. State of the room was a bit smudgy as there was a lot of limescale in the shower, leakage in the kitchenette sink, tile falling from the wall, lights turning on in the middle of the night out of nowhere… etc. Except these disappointments we...

'Very quiet and serene place surrounded by rice fields. People are so welcoming and supporting. Food, spa , pool all are great Special note: no gym on premises, property got step slope and stairs. have no lift so people with physical difficulties must avoid the property. '
