Beds were extremely uncomfortable which made sight seeing a bit tiresome due to lack of sleep. The maintenance men were awesome and fixed things brought to their attention immediately. However, it took several hours, phone calls and personal visits to the front desk to have the tub unplugged because it wouldn't drain. The front desk person kept saying that they gave information to management but nothing came of it until finally at 11:30 at night my final personal visit...

'De primaire voorzieningen waren goed. Voor Internet-voorzieningen werden we doorverwezen naar de stadsbibliotheek (circa 5 minuten rijden). Ondanks aankondiging was van een ontbijt geen sprake (alleen diverse dranken bij de receptie). Alhoewel wij ook in de V.S. zo veel mogelijk van het openbaar vervoer gebruik hebben gemaakt, zagen we in deze regio geen andere mogelijkheid dan een auto huren (vanaf vliegveld Cleveland).'

'Our cabin was perfectly located. Short walk to the water park and entrance to the main park. The kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the ability to park our car right in front of the cabin. We will stay here again!'

'The team at Explorer were great to work with. They were super accommodating. We had booked a 3 day stay but the. We realized we needed an extra day. They gave us a late checknout on our first room And then an early check in on our new room. The suite we stayed in was spacious amd clean. The beds were comfortable and the room had a great temp. The linens were clean as well as the towel, which there were plenty. The kichenette worked for our needs.
