Dit elegante historische huis biedt het klassieke houtwerk en de stijl met moderne apparatuur en ruim comfort. Grote zithoek, formele eet- en uitgaansruimte, ontbijthoek, uitzicht op de bergen, grote keuken met granieten aanrecht en bijgewerkte apparatuur.

Vier grote slaapkamers met inloopkasten, 5 bedden voor maximaal 8 personen. 2 kingsize, 1 tweepersoonsbed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Airconditioning in elke kamer. Twee badkamers, een op elke verdieping.

Internet bijgewerkt voor bedrijven en snel streamen voor video's en games, wifi overal in huis.
Overdekte parkeerplaats met privétoegang tot thuis.

Wij leveren een werkbank beneden voor uw ski's en fietsen. Houd je voeten warm met onze skischoendrogers. Er is voldoende privéopslag voor uw fietsen en sleeën.

Het gebied staat bekend om zijn adembenemende landschappen, poedersneeuw skiën, mountainbikeroutes van het hoogste niveau, beginnerspaden voor beginners, en een enorm overdekt verwarmd waterpark voor volwassenen en kinderen. Silver Mountain biedt gondeltochten en concerten op de top van de berg in een openlucht amfitheater.

Geniet van de beroemde Route of the Hiawatha Trail, die 15 mijl lange fietspaden, 10 treintunnels en 7 hoge schragen biedt.
Een blok van de beroemde 72 mijl Trail van de Coeur d'Alenes. Wij zijn gelegen op elf mijl van Historic Wallace met antiek en mijntours.

The location was great. Cute old style house. The place was very dirty. Silverware and tray was gross, we had to hand wash all dishes so we could eat dinner- I then spent about 30 min washing out the silverware holder and hand washing other dishes we were going to use. Sheets seemed clean, but the blankets were dirty with dried stuff (looked like blood). King bed upstairs was hard as a rock. I can’t speak to the others. Cobwebs, dust bunnies, dust poofed off the couch when you sat down. It was like nobody ever cleans it or stays there, they just come change sheets. They had a ping pong table and air hockey, but it was in the dirty, cob when infested garage- and dark. Couldn’t take advantage of that. Lots of dishes and pots, but no plastic or coated utensils- only metal against non-stick, which might be why a lot of the pots and pans weren’t usable. Fridge and freezer were also dirty- looked like they never got cleaned either. It would have been great if it wasn’t filthy.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great, nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to, short walk downtown. This time things didn’t feel as clean as our first visit, dusty surfaces, linen closet a bit of a mess, little things like that.

Very large old house in good location

This home was roomy with a nice kitchen. Unfortunately, the house was not clean upon our arrival. Every surface had to be cleaned by us. There were crumbs on the floor and cobwebs in various places. The carpets and floors were dirty. There were no soap or haircare products in the bathrooms so we had to get our own. The toilets had pee, hair and dirt at the base like they forget to clean there. The house did have a washer and dryer in the basement which was nice. The advertised ping pong table had to be set up by us and the air hockey table did not work. The bedrooms had nice window air units but the rest of the house had fans so there were hot spots in the house. There was a nice large dining room table with chairs and a small kitchen table with a few chairs that we appreciated. Other than the mentioned problems, the house was large and accommodated our group of seven very easily.

Quirky Older House

This house was older with delightful little corners and old-fashioned charms, but it also came with some of the less-charming aspects of older houses: creaking floors and doors, never an outlet where you need one, the inability to regulate the temperature due to a lack of central air, tubs that were never meant to be showers, no smart TV, and a creepy basement entrance... Lots of good things, too: The kitchen was updated, which was lovely! And the house is definitely roomy! The kitchen was also stocked with plenty of dishes to use, a dishwasher, paper towels, and linens. The neighborhood was quiet, the town was gorgeous! We biked and hiked and just relaxed.

Bike riding in the Bitterroots!

The 4 of us came to Kellogg to ride both the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and the Trail of the Hiawatha. The house was the perfect location to ride both trails - 2 days directly from the house and the other 3 days driving to the trailheads. The garage worked wonderfully for the 8 bikes we brought with us, as did the king/full bath on the main floor and the upstairs.

Good Rental that could be Perfect w/some Tweaks

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were some 'issues' that detracted from fully enjoying our experience. As a person who also owns a vacation rental, we only mention these because attention to these kinds of details really matter: cleanliness and availability of amenities - especially if listed. I pay housecleaning to thoroughly clean out my rental/refrigerators after all rentals so they are spotless....and VRBO collects a cleaning fee from all renters, so most folks expect a certain level of cleanliness. First, the Pros: - Lots of linens- well stocked! - Location very convenient - Spacious! - Loved the ambience - Beds were comfortable - Fenced yard for munchkins was great. - Owner responded with replacing dead batteries and answered messages within 24 hours. The cons: -Most corners and underneath general furniture and fixtures had accumulations of dust, debris and cobwebs which indicated the house wasn't thoroughly cleaned which is an issue with 2 toddlers. Since I often camp outside- this doesn't bother me as much as it might others (like my adult daughter w/the little ones). - Amenities lists shampoo- there wasn't any - ALL the batteries in all the remotes in the living room were dead- we replaced them when the owner brought us batteries so this one should be 'fixed' for other renters. -Foosball was listed in the amenities- wasn't there/don't have. Owner said they will update their listing - Coffee Grinder was listed so we bought coffee beans- but turned out th

Really cool house

We had a great stay at this property. It is updated and has everything to make large meals for our family. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time with friends. We were close to the resort and waterpark with a drive of about 3 minutes. Great Mountain Property with plenty of room, close to Silver Mt, bike trails, CDA

This was a great property, lots of space, a garage to store bikes, that had a ping pong table and washer and dryer. Great neighborhood, nice large yard, close to all the things we wanted. When entering the property, you go through the garage, which is under the house, and has fairly steep steps up, and does not have a railing on the open side of stairs. Normally, no big deal, we brought grandma and grandpa with us, so after the first time, we learned to have someone go open the front door to let them in- just a heads up about that. Also, the BATHROOMS DO NOT LOCK!! This might be an issue depending on who you are travelling with. I have several children, and we just got door stoppers at w-mart in Smelterville to put under the door from the inside when someone was in there. But it is a lovely, charming home, with so many original features, and a great (modern) kitchen. We had a great time here, and would be happy to stay here again.
