'Needed another lamp in our King room.'

'I always stay at the Dilworth although this will probably change after my last two visits. Last November the pool was shut down for repairs? This time I had my grandkids with me and after a day of shopping we were looking forward to the hot tub and pool. We got down to the room and it was locked. When I asked the receptionist about it she said they were both shut down. I asked when they would be fixed and she had no idea. Didn't sound like she cared much. Needless to say I was more than...

'Prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Wel zat er een mierennest in de badkamer en lagen er haren van een ander op de grond. Verder voldoende gelegenheid tot parkeren en een goede uitvalsbasis richting bijvoorbeeld de Rocky Mountains of richting Vancouver '

'The staff was very friendly; however they didn't really know where the restaurants were near by. Perhaps they could get abit of info on that point. We were upgraded to a kitchenette room, which was very nice. The breakfast was more than we expected. Great selection. The door to the room has alot of gaps, so it should be repaired before winter. (rm105) There was a handwritten thank you note in our room when we arrived and 2 bottles of water. This was a nice touch. Thank you. Cheryl and Tim.'
