'Breakfast room was nice and had good basic options. Bed was comfy and staff quite lovely. My room was tidy enough but outside noise was bothersome as I was right next to an exit door and noisy partying neighbours. A metal part of the elevator was duct taped - rather tacky. Hotel is in a sketchy area( Kelowna has its share of homelessness)! I also thought unpaid for a kitchen - thankful for the tiny fridge and microwave!'

'Everything seemed to be a hassle at this hotel. We really didn't feel welcomed. Upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. The main reception area was hard to find and has extremely poor lighting. The staff were friendly but very inexperienced. It was difficult carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room. We did have the option to use and elevator but it was roughly 100 yards out of the way. I would of hoped a staff member would of helped us with our luggage. The boardwalk is...

'Every thing was very good except the air conditioning unit is very uncomfortable. It blows extremely cold air directly on you while on the bed.'
