We respect our guests` privacy and offer self check-in for a seamless arrival experience. While you likely won`t see us during your stay, we are available by phone, text, or message should you have any questions or need assistance. We`re committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.


Please note the following important house rules and building policies:

* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere in the unit, on the balcony, or within the building`s common areas.
* Any fines issued by the strata, building management, or local authorities as a result of guest actions will be charged back to the guest.
* Lost or unreturned building fobs will result in a $200 replacement fee.
* Please be respectful of residents and other guests when using the shared resort amenities.
