First time I paid for parking in such a hotel. They are so money minded. No microwave in the room, even no one bottle of water. I paid $215 per night. I regret to say that I won’t recommend to my friends to this hotel.

Room was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had - freshly made scrambled eggs/ sausages/ seasoned hash browns and waffles!

The Hotel was decent but being locked in an elevator for 10 minutes with no emergency response, has me thinking I won't go back. Quite a stressful experience. And being charged $6 for a coffee when the server knew full well that there was complimentary coffee in the lobby, was a little ridiculous as well.

The main floor lobby is always accessible without a key card though by pressing open door. Enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful and clean property. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, they had a great variety. Close to many attractions, dining and entertainment. We’ll return again.

We were family of 4 still got one of the worse room which was corner room. I requested but I got info that entire hotel is booked and they prefer 1 night stay customer over 3 nights. No one listen so have to stay and terrible stay compared to all other hotels I stayed. Staff missed cleaning and when called then offer cleaning like changing towels like crazy. When I ask for anything like tissue paper , fork spoons as nothing was provided so reception said come down to get it compared to other hotels they bring to you. I asked cleaning staff they said it’s crazy you should stay and we will bring to you. Breakfast was great , breakfast server was great, hotel location is perfect. At the end I will not stay in this hotel just for breakfast and location as there are lot around there.

The breakfast was very nice. The Gym space and pool was very cleaned The location is Amazing !! Certainly when my next return I will stay at this place.

Normal 3 star hotel. Pros: clean and new, good parking. Good breakfast. Cons: EV charging is too expensive, even you can find cheaper options in DT Vancouver which should be more expensive, considering they charge for parking too. Towels, soap and some courtesy items were few and not enough even in some cases.

The room I was given was wheelchair accessible all my light switches were at wheelchair height I'm 6"6" I had to constantly reach down low. Also my room faced the outside parking lot and another hotel guest's vehicle car alarm kept going off repeatedly this problem was solved until after 10pm no apologies were givn for the room or the car alarm issues.

Loved how central it was for my trip, and how it was reasonably quiet being so close to main highway. The staff was efficient and the server Patrick was a wonderful source of information and very welcoming.

Pool is closed until end of April... fyi. Staff tried to make up for it by arranging for us to swim at the rec centre and we only had to show our room key and they would let us in. So, it all worked out in the end and we felt taken care of. My kiddos loved the hot food at the continental breakfast.

Stayed 4 nights while we explored Kelowna. Breakfast was great. Free cookies every day were awesome. Was surprised by $12 parking I didn’t see on Expedia but sign up for the Hyatt club and it’s cut to $6 per day. Sad that the pool was closed for renovations. Again, something that should have been noted on Expedia. Baxters pub behind the hotel was cool to have a true pint of beer in the old dimple pint glasses. Would stay here again for sure.

Our team stayed at the Hyatt during a weekend tournament. Excellent service by staff and manager Mauricio in helping get our team rooms organized and ready for check-in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast provided is buffet style and freshly prepared in batches so it was tasty and had good variety. The area where food was served is a bit small for the size of the hotel so it’s a bit slow to eat since we had to line up. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfy but a bit too soft. Fitness area, pool and hot tub were adequate. Overall good location and value. Will stay here again in the future.
