'Very disappointed in our stay. Only positive-the owners were responsive to messages. They did send someone out to clean the pool after we complained of trash and dirty clothes being in it. They were also very nice to allow us use the barn games without an additional fee. Unfortunately though, this house needs major deep cleaning and a lot of repairs. It is generally unclean. 'It's not a luxury hotel, so you can't expect that. Two out of our 3 rooms unfortunately had issues. The first room had a really dirty toilet seat; the front desk was able to find us some lysol spray. The second room had ants on the bed, and they found a different room for those guests. Ants are a hazard for any motel, and other than those things, the room looked really clean (though I don't trust the carpet in any motel). The a/c unit worked be the wifi worked. 'Clean property. Clean room. Clean pool. Clean common areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Plenty parking. Wonderful place. Thank you for everything.'

'Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of.'

'The hotel looks nice on the outside and inside. The front desk staff that checked us in later in the evening was not very friendly. There is no elevator in the building so if you have luggage or many things you will have to carry everything through the stairs ( this is not very convenient for people that has a toddler like myself, or for someone that is pregnant like another customer that was there and needed to carry all of her things up).
