'Very nice property. We could tell a few parts were dated, but they've kept it very clean and nice. Loved the common area with the pool. Very clean, smelled nice. Breakfast was excellent!! Front desk gentleman was great-he remembered our names at checkout and gave us a wonderful history of Dubuque. Old Chicago is attached and open late!! Very nice, we would stay again.'

'Mooi gerenoveerde kamers, jammer genoeg worden ze niet goed proper gemaakt. Gans de badkamer rook muf omdat die gepoetst werd met een muffe doek.Overal nog haren in de badkamer. Jammer, want moest de badkamer wel fris en proper zijn geweest, was dit een perfect verblijf.'

'Nick was excellent. We had some problems with an air conditioner in one room and moved us right away. Some how missed placed my wallet and he was kind enough to let me in the other room. Helped me looked for it not once but twice. Finally found it. He did an excellent job in customer service. '

Simon was great. Friendly and full of tips and ideas to help make the most of our time in Dubuque. 'We had a good stay at this location and we went around the area and went to places. Restaurants and bars and a McDonald's is in walking distance. Pool is a salt water pool and clean. Breakfast was good for being free with the usual stuff like scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon, oatmeal, fruit, cereals etc. Would stay here again no problems at all.'

'This is an historic B&B, it’s cozy and comfortable, like my grandmother’s house. The manager is extremely personable and helpful. Breakfast was at 8am, served hot with a wide selection of fruit, pastries, juices etc. Very much enjoyed my stay. '

It was clean, very quiet and easy to get to my intended destination that night. My only complaint was the shower pressure was very low. Water was nice and but the pressure was poor. Good value and very friendly staff. I would stay again. '

"Prachtig complex in zeer goede staat. Ik heb bijzonder genoten van het heerlijke terras aan een prachtige, ruim aangelegde achtertuin. De kamer was zeer ruim.
