HOUSE RULES:

1. Must be 24yrs old to rent.
2. Guest must E-sign our rental agreement and submit a 500$ security hold that will be released upon checkout.
3. MAX Occupancy of 14 guests. No Unregistered guests allowed. Any guests over 14 subject to cancellation of reservation.
4. Parking: Max of 5 cars allowed on the property. No Street parking allowed.
5. No Pets allowed without prior authorization. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $1,000 and subject to immediate eviction.
6. No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house, you will be charged a 750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Any Outdoor smoking must be cleaned up and discarded.
7. No Events, No Parties. Charged a 600.00 additional cleaning fee and subject to immediate eviction.
8. No shoes allowed inside the house. We provide complimentary slippers to our guests.
9. There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home only for security reasons and to protect our guests and homeowner.

HOT TUB RULES:

✴No glass near the hot tub area.
✴No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
✴Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✴Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
✴Shower before entering the hot tub.
✴Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
✴Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
✴Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
✴No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
✴Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✴Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
✴Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.
