'AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you'

'The Beach House was a lovely place to stay, it had everything we needed and the grandkids were thrilled to bits by the collection of toys and books. It's very close to a great beach and an easy walk into the centre of Mablethorpe.'

'We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

'Very accommodating for a group of 7 friends lovely location pool and hot tub went down well. Rooms were comfortable and clean kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue has a hole in it which can be used but replaceable aswell '

'Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

'Travelled 4 hours to get to no response or communication from the caravan owner. Caravan looked dirty and like no one had been there for sometime. Could not gain access by this point it was very late in the evening and we had no choice but to travel home. We never got home until 4am and 12 hour round journey with young children. I was absolutely disgusted. Please do not book this caravan. '

'One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. 'It was the first time we did stay in a caravan park and we were very surprised. We will repeat for sure. The swimming was very clean and not too crowded. The entretaintmen it is great for kids and adults. The beach very close. '
