Up to 4 pets allowed. A $400 per pet, per stay cleaning fee applies so the home stays allergy friendly for future guests

Enjoy exclusive use of the 75-foot private pool ($250-$350/day depending on season), perfect for a refreshing swim. Unwind in the hot tub, with an easy-to-use guest-controlled timer. Stay active in the full gym or challenge your family to a game on the tennis court, basketball court, pickleball court, or ping pong table. Test your skills on the putting green! For more leisurely activities, enjoy bocce ball or simply relax in the large grass play area. Evenings are magical with fire pits, outdoor dining areas, and extensive lounging decks, all illuminated by beautiful string lights. Inside the house, you'll have access to all eight bedrooms, multiple modern bathrooms, and the fully-equipped chef's kitchen. The open living room and dining room, along with the expansive deck, are also yours to enjoy. This is a private estate for you and your family.

You're just a short drive from the charming Kenwood village, where you can explore local shops and savor delicious meals. For a taste of Wine Country, you're minutes away from renowned wineries like Mayo Family Winery and Chateau St. Jean. Indulge in fine dining at nearby restaurants like Glen Ellen Star or Fig Café, both a quick drive away. The neighborhood also boasts scenic hiking trails and beautiful vistas, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures. Enjoy the tranquility of this exclusive location, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, while still being close to all the attractions Sonoma County has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around Kenwood is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the area, we offer private transportation options (6-passenger Cadillac Escalade and 11-passenger Transit Van) for wine tours and airport pickups. The nearest major airport is Sonoma County Airport (STS), approximately a 30-minute drive. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is about a 1.5-hour drive. Parking is free on the property. For public transit, options are limited in Kenwood, so rideshares or our private services are best for getting around.



Other Things to Note:

Important Details for a Relaxing Stay at Kenwood Family Estate: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We offer complimentary parking on the premises. If you're traveling with furry friends, we're happy to welcome them for a cleaning fee of $400 per pet per stay (up to 4 pets). Please note our quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Pool heating fee of $250-$350/day depending on season. Let us know in advance if you'd like to heat the pool. Please be aware that parties and events are not permitted. The maximum occupancy is 19 guests. For any assistance during your stay, contact us via the platform's messaging system.



Early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability, must be approved in writing in advance, and are charged at 50% of the nightly rate.



Guest Check In Form: After booking you will receive a link to our Guest App. Before arrival, the main guest completes a short check in form with their full name, email, phone, date of birth, a photo of a government ID (passport, ID card or driver's license), and an electronic signature on our rental agreement. Check in instructions and access details are sent only once the form is complete.
