'Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.'

'Our teen girls group had a great time at this house. A fire pit, kayaks, and a large house to spread out in. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Pretty quiet area despite how close the houses are together. Owner texted back quickly with help when needed. Thank you :)'

'Wonderful resort! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. Check in was easy and fast. There is plenty of free parking and on our way out we noticed they had complimentary coffee and tea. There is a bar on-site but I didn't get the chance to go. I will definitely be back soon.'

'My family and I had a wonderful stay. Beds comfortable and rooms were clean. There were a few things I didn’t like, the pool is cold and to slippery. The outside area is beautiful however, after 10pm there is no outdoor area to sit and relax. Breakfast was wonderful .'
