'A warm welcome and clear communication. Very helpful friendly family run hotel. The hotel looks like it is slowly beind developed, so a bit dated in areas but clean, comfortable with easy parking. I had their chicken curry for dinner, really tasty. A great stay, I will definitely use again and llok forward to watch the transformation. '

'This site was just greenspace on the edge of an industrial estate when I grew up here and it seemed a little weird pulling into an area where I had my first driving lessons on a Saturday morning as it was all but deserted over the weekend. Not now, there's a busy looking pub literally staggering distance away, the ubiquitous Greggs, few other structures the purpose of which didn't register. Very quiet, all I can hear is doves cooing.
