Duplex located on exclusive and beautifully maintained City of Key Colony Beach, adjoins to Welcome to Marathon in the Florida Keys, very close to beach resorts and Havana Jacks restaurant on Ocean beach. The property has been recently painted and fully furnished and equipped, with new beds and bedroom furniture in ocean theme decor, two smart Samsung 55" TVs with Wi-fi, gas BBQ, patio table and six chairs and washer and dryer, The property is situated directly across from children's park with jogging paths, swings and two tennis courts that is located at short walking distance to beach resort that charges an access fee of $50 per day per person for pools and chairs at a beautiful beach of Key Colony Beach. Also at close distance, the city offers a challenging par 3 golf course at nominal fee at the Club house on 8 Street and tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, a walking path with exercise stops and three parks. At the west end of the Island is Sunset Park, which is a local favorite place to watch the sun go down during your visit in Key Colony Beach and the Florida Keys. The park has chairs and large chickee hut and ample parking and yard area. In the adjoining areas of Marathon, there are schools, marinas and boat ramps and numerous businesses that offer scuba diving and scenic boat tours and a wide variety of fishing charters and boat rentals, Also in Marathon there are both Publix and Winn Dixie markets, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and varied selection of restaurants and shops of all sorts.

I will also be available to assist in arranging a wide variety of ocean or exploring activities that you may want to participate in.

We loved the our "little bit of paradise" within the Key Colony Beach portion of the Keys. Our home was clean, cozy and so relaxing. It was within walking distance of Havana Jacks restaurant which was located along side the ocean and also had amazing margharita's! We were also within walking/biking distance of Sunset Park to take in an early morning or afternoon view of the ocean. We felt completely safe during our entire stay. The KCB community has plenty of safety vehicles patrolling the area, all hours of the day. Francisco was also very helpful as well as available for any questions we had. We definately recommend staying here. (Washer/dryer was also on the premises, this was very handy as well) Thank you Franciso for helping make our vacation so enjoyable. Hopefully we will be back at some point.

Property is well maintained and comfortable. Great location with awesome access to the beach club facilities. Francisco ensured all of our needs were met for a great stay!

Very nice and clean. Very well stocked kitchen with all the utensils available to make meals in house. Bed is very comfortable and provides a great night sleep. Back patio is extremely comfortable, quiet and equipped with an umbrella for shade in the heat of the day. Cushions for the chairs are comfortable and like new.washer and dryer on site for use is a great feature!! Planning on coming back year after year. Frank is a good communicator and very helpful and friendly.
