Gelegen op een prive-tropisch strand aan de Atlantische Oceaan onze 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers appartement dat is ingericht in een tropisch eiland thema. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een grote badkamer en een flatscreen-tv met kabel. De gast slaapkamer heeft twee dubbele bedden en een flatscreen-tv met kabel. De woonkamer heeft een 43 inch flatscreen-tv met kabel en Netflix. Het appartement heeft ook centrale airconditioning, wachtwoord beveiligd high-speed internet. De keuken heeft een corian aanrechtblad, vaatwasser, magnetron en een ijsmaker in de vriezer. We hebben een zwembad, shuffle board, tiki hut zal 2 gasgrills en 3 tafels om te dineren. We hebben ook groene ruimte tussen ons strand en gebouw. We hebben extra groen langs de oostkant van ons eigendom. Ons landschap bestaat uit palmbomen en kleurrijke inheemse tropische bloeiende bomen en struiken. Elk appartement heeft een eigen parkeerplaats gemarkeerd met het appartementnummer. We zijn zo dicht als op loopafstand van een 5 minuten rijden naar geweldige oceaan-side restaurants, kajakken, snorkelen, jetskiën, vissen charters, duiken, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital en State Parks. Bel gerust als je nog vragen hebt.

Peace and quiet in a great location

Key Colony Beach is tucked away just north of Marathon, FL. The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were many locals out for morning and evening walks.The condo itself was clean and well apponted. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was a pogoda with two gas grills available for use, but we cooked in the small kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to communications when our inbound flight got delayed.

This condo was one of the cleanest places that I have ever stayed in. From the tile floors to the kitchen countertops was just beautiful. The owner reached out to me a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. The location is a very relaxing location.

Perfect little spot!

The condo is wonderfully located on one of the smaller/less busy keys, right on the ocean with a private beach and heated pool. The place was sparkling clean and had cute ocean condo decor. Two bedrooms with mounted tvs, two bathrooms and a decent sized kitchen and living room were perfect for our family. The location to local restaurants, walking and bike path, the pool and beach were awesome. When we were ready to see the sites it never took over 10 minutes to see things around Marathon. There is so much to do in the area, there is zero risk of boredom even for a 2 week vacation. Michael was a great host and we look forward to coming back in the future! You cannot go wrong with this condo!

Our family had a blast at this property. The communication with the owner was fantastic and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I and our 3 kids (9 and under). Would highly recommend this spot to anyone for so many different reasons!

Best condo in the keys

I believe this is our 3rd time staying in this condo. There is a reason we keep coming back! The condo is always immaculate and well stocked. The grounds and the swimming pool are always clean. The private beach is never crowded and pristine. The owner Michael, is just a phone call away and always has wonderful suggestions for dining and activities. Michael goes above and beyond to make a visit to his condo a perfect vacation.

Key Colony Stay Condo

The property owner was always available. Offered great information about the area and activities. We Loved the space! Very clean! Very accessible for us (mother of 2 teens) while staying in Marathon —-as the rest of the family was renting a home with a dock on the bay side. About an hour drive to Key West which we traveled there 3 times during our 7 day stay! I highly recommend! Easy check-in and check out!

Older condo buildings but quite unique. This unit was being renovated and we were the last guests to rent it prior to it. The unit had some cleanliness issues upon our arrival but once the owner was notified it was abruptly addressed. This unit is right next to the pool which is immaculate. The grounds in this complex are well manicured. There was quite a large family group that rented multiple units at this time and were a lot of fun to interact with even sharing drinks and homemade seafood ceviche. It was a great time.

A comfortable place to relax

If you want action, night life, etc. stay in Key West. If you want R&R this condo/location on Marathon will fit the bill. It’s about half way between the upper and lower keys so easy access to anywhere you want to explore. If you have any questions or issues arise, the host, Michael, is very responsive.
