Family and Friends vacation in mind - beautiful Key Largo townhouse with 2 separate living rooms which that offers a unique opportunity for your family to spread out. It is our home away from home so we have added the features, decor, upgrades and amenities that make it inviting, comfortable, welcoming and mostly importantly homey. This 3bed,3 bath unit is located at Kawama Yacht Club in KEY LARGO. It is just minutes away from John Pennekamp State Park, known worldwide for its underwater scuba and snorkeling. Many great restaurants, supermarkets and shops, scuba diving, fishing and charter boats are only within a few minutes drive. The townhouse is centrally located a few steps from the main pool and tiki hut, bbq and the salt water lagoon. From both the balcony in the master bedroom on the third floor and the living room balcony on the second floor you have a view of the pool. The lagoon offers two entrances. One with a walk-in beach entrance (where the kids can play in the sand) and the other with a beautifully re-built dock with stairs. It has 3 floating platforms that the kids love. Adults can watch the kids swim or kayak in the lagoon or jump off the platforms while relaxing on the balcony or the living room. I never realized how much fun this was until we tried it so feel free to jump in. What a treat!!! Kawama offers a 400 ft jetty where you will take in the most spectacular sunsets and sunrise while the ocean wind drifts you away. KAWAMA community has 2 heated pools, a marina, free boat ramp(must let me know if bring boat and provide insurance), tennis courts, a ton of tiki huts, charcoal BBQ's, fire pits by the ocean, kids playground, walking trail. . This three story townhouse has TWO living rooms! The main one on the second floor has a large living area with large windows and sliding doors and balcony overlooking the pool and kids playground.The perfect spot for your morning coffee. The living room seating includes 2 large sofas,one which converts to a queen size pull out bed. This main floor also has a full bathroom and the kitchen and a another balcony. The new modern kitchen has seating for a family of six (plus 2 additional in storage if needed). The third floor has TWO bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the pool and large sliding glass doors. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with room for air mattress and a balcony. The third floor also has a full bathroom.The first floor is my favorite one. It features a private third guest room with a queen bed. It also houses the second living space (with a queen sofa bed), mini fridge, a full bathroom and washer and dryer. This living space is ideal for kids, with plenty of floor space or for those guests that have trouble climbing stairs. Newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors make this home secure and quiet at all times.
