Staat SUN en FUN vermeld als sleutels voor uw volgende vakantie? Zoek niet verder, want je vindt hier enorme hoeveelheden in Key Largo! Onze volledig verbouwd condominium biedt een ideale locatie om te genieten van het beste van de Florida Keys.

U zult geen andere eenheid zoals deze vinden. Gelegen op de 4e verdieping, ben je hoog genoeg om over de huizen van de stad te kijken en Blackwater Sound te bekijken. Omdat we midden in het gebouw zijn, worden uw uitzichten niet geblokkeerd door het andere gebouw, zodat u kunt genieten van zonsondergangen direct op ons balkon. Nachtelijke prachtige zonsondergangen zijn verbluffend, zowel vanaf het balkon als vanaf de haven. Breng uw boot en gebruik onze speciale boot slip (slip # 5).

Er is een kingsize bed in de grotere slaapkamer met uitzicht op het water. Geautomatiseerde Lutron-tinten in de grote slaapkamer bieden privacy wanneer nodig en volledig uitzicht op de baai wanneer deze worden verhoogd. Er is een queensize bed in de tweede slaapkamer. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen kast en elke kamer heeft een comfortabele traagschuim topper die regelmatig complimenten krijgt. Daarnaast is er een full-size opklapbed aan de voorkant, samen met een ingebouwde voor opslag van kleding en misc. item. Hierdoor kan de voordeur in wezen worden gebruikt als een 3e slaapkamer die zowel privacy als opslag biedt.

Aangepaste keuken- en badkamerkasten, alle nieuwe keukenapparatuur en accessoires (borden, kopjes, bestek, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, mixer, enz.), Nieuw beddengoed, tapijten, handdoeken, verlichting, plafondventilatoren, ramen, bank, terrasmeubilair, tegels en deuren . Een 60 "flatscreen smart televisie met TiVo en Apple TV biedt huurders een verscheidenheid aan video-keuzes. Met een SONOS-geluidssysteem kunt u uw favoriete muziek direct vanaf uw smartphone, tablet stomen. De Lutron gemotoriseerde tinten zorgen voor licht en uitzicht om doorheen te filteren terwijl het de intense hitte van de middagzon blokkeert, allemaal met één druk op de knop. Deze fantastische verbouwing aangevuld met alle renovaties aan de buitenkant maakt onze unit de beste verhuur in Moon Bay!

Neem uw boot mee omdat dit toestel zijn eigen slip van 30 voet heeft. Als u geen boot heeft, hoeft u zich geen zorgen te maken, want er is genoeg te doen in Key Largo. De prive, gated community van Moon Bay beschikt over twee verwarmde zwembaden (een voor kinderen en een voor volwassenen), groot zonneterras, een tennisbaan, onlangs gerenoveerd clubhuis met tafeltennistafel, tv's en sauna's, barbecue met stromend water en zitplaatsen en een visreinigingsstation op het dok.

Unfortunately we picked the coldest weather Florida has had in years to visit Key Largo. The owner provided us with a space heater to deal with the chill. The heater kept the unit comfortable. For Catholics there is a church 2 miles away. The view was great, parking convenient and the unit was nicely furnished. Convenient to everything. Cute little private beach, heated pool and nice charcoal grilling area. Highly recommended!

Great location

Condo was perfect for 3 adults on a scuba diving trip. Location felt secure, gated, and safe. Checkin was super easy. Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and save money by having a full kitchen to cook breakfast, a few lunches, and a few dinners. Beds were comfy. I’ll be honest we never went to the pool as we were in the ocean diving everyday from another location. Pool looked nice though. Great evening sunset from this condo, and beautiful sunrise. Our only complaint was the refrigerator had an odor(likely from someone leaving something in there too long), property manager is aware and said she would check it out. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Condo

Pros: condo is updated, balcony view is amazing (especially to watch sunset), comfortable balcony seating, supplies left by guest and owner ( there are a few cabinets that house left over spices, and essentials like coffee filters, cooking spray, etc) I really respect an owner who allows this and doesn’t require everything to be thrown away. The Murphy bed is a great addition, essentially adding a third bedroom. Condo grounds were very nice and well kept, parking space was covered, people in Moon Bay were so friendly, even toward our teen boys, toilet paper and paper towel provided, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent provided, cleaning supplies available, no key needed, wifi was adequate. Cons: I am not sure what happened with my communication with owner, I tried a few times with no luck, but when I reached out to VRBO and they were able to help me connect to owner within the hour. The check in directions lacked great detail. Once I was connected with owner, she was very attentive and helped answer my questions. So it all worked out. The condo was pretty clean there were a few areas where the floor was not clean, we used vacuum to remedy that. Beds were fine, but bedding for murphy bed was balled up in cupboard and damp, we had to rewash, plenty of pillows, but no pillow cases. The pros greatly outweighed the cons, would definitely come back. Pictures are accurate.

Property and owner five stars

After an initial hiccup with check-in when the code provided to us would not open the door, everything was great. The code was rectified by the owner within an hour even though it was very late. VRBO though gets 0 stars when we had reached out to them for resolution. We were checking in late, after midnight (which we had cleared through the owner), and when we couldn’t initially get in VRBO actually suggested we go out to lunch or do a little sightseeing. Like, WHAT, it’s midnight!! Then, they told us that we were not covered by their guarantee and couldn’t help us. When I asked why, the person couldn’t tell us, just that we weren’t! We had done everything right, paid upfront through VRBO but for some reason not covered! If the owner hadn’t gotten back to us quickly, we’d have been in trouble. But, like I said, she did and all was well. But be warned about the VRBO guarantee. Back to the unit and property, wonderful! The unit is freshly remodeled and very well provisioned with all of the kitchen supplies you could possibly need. Plus there was coffee, spices, plenty of towels, beach toys, snorkels, masks, fishing poles and more. I caught two pretty big barracuda off the pier which was a blast. The property overall is also great. A beautiful clean pool with tons of loungers, great sun decks, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, foosball and more! There is a great marina pier for watching sunset and fishing. There is a great clubhouse! Fabulous and will be back

Basic place to stay the night

Great location and super comfy beds. Two bedroom but the third Murphy bed was a nice addition. Place was clean but many items were broken upon arrival and not addressed during our stay: ice maker, dishwasher, 1/2 bath toilet and shower handle. Also, no disposable amenities included, ie soap, shampoo, or kitchen essentials.

The unit has a great view. The pool is relaxing. Many places to dine out, some within walking distance. The negitives for me were, no tv in the master bedroom and the main door into the unit was hard to open.

Quiet complex

The condo was very well equipped for all of our cooking needs and the owner was very prompt in answering our questions (especially instructing us how to find the hidden silverware drawer) lol. The mattress topper was a bit soft for our liking but we slept great. The pool had just reopened and was beautiful and cool which was nice on hot days unlike the warm pools in Key West. The little beach was cute but we didn't swim in that water. The only complaint we have is the door was quite a challenge to get in every time. I would recommend replacing the door frame and locking mechanism but it was an easy walk to several bars and restaurants. We would stay here again when we visit the keys.

Condo is as described but I wouldn't rent it again

The apartment is as described, remodeled, new appliances etc. However (1) Getting access on a Saturday evening took about 1.5 hours (detail below), (2) the pool is closed for reconstruction and I wasn't informed in advance. Access difficulties: To get in you need to know the following. which we weren't provided in the access instructions: 1. This is a gated condo community called Moon Bay 2. To get through the gate you need a code. we weren't given that so it was about 30 minutes of calling the owner and VRBO before a kindly pizza delivery guy gave us the code. 3. Once in you need to know which of the several multi-storey buildings or which townhouse is your rental - we didn't 4. In the multi-storey, you need to know the apartment number - we didn't 5 You have a designated parking spot but you need to know the building and location to park - we didn't VRBO customer service (1st and 2nd level) were of no use and I had to provide the listing number, my rental contract number, and my email address twice to just get them engaged. Eventually the owner returned my vmails and we got access. Next morning we thought we'd go sit by the pool. Surprise - it's a building site. So we bought 2 beach chairs in Publix ($118) and for the rest of the week paid $9 a day for admittance to the Pennekamp state Park beach ($63) so almost $200 in unplanned expenses. So to summarize, the apartment is OK but I wouldn't have done this rental if I'd known about the access hassle and lack of a pool.
