Gloednieuw luxe herenhuis in Key Largo

Dit prachtige herenhuis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers bevindt zich in de tropische wijk Kawama. Deze eenheid onderging een volledige renovatie die werd voltooid op 5 juli 2018. Het heeft overal porselein houten plank tegelvloeren, een mooie keuken met roestvrij apparatuur en kwarts aanrechtbladen en marmeren badkamers. De unit ontving ook alle nieuwe meubels inclusief kingsize bedden voor zowel master suites, televisies en decoraties tijdens de renovatie. Geen kosten zijn gespaard!

Kawama ligt in het hart van Key Largo, slechts twee mijl ten zuiden van John Pennekamp Park. Er zijn in de buurt vis- en duikbootvloten die zowel groeps- als privécharters aanbieden, evenals vele geweldige lokale eetgelegenheden die het beste aanbieden van verse zeevruchten en limoentaart. The Theatre of the Sea en The Dolphin Research Center liggen beide op slechts enkele kilometers afstand en bieden beide een op een interactie met een dolfijn, evenals vele educatieve mariene shows en rondleidingen. Het beroemde Post Card Inn Resort en Sandbar (voorheen bekend als Holiday Isle) ligt direct aan de weg en ook enkele van de beste boten die Florida te bieden heeft.

Het herenhuis zelf is een onlangs gerenoveerde eindunit met een lichte en ruime plattegrond gelegen direct aan de zoutwaterzwemlagune. De eerste verdieping heeft een slaapkamer, een complete badkamer en een familiekamer met een 55-inch led-tv en een zeer comfortabele L-vormige bank. De tweede verdieping beschikt over een lichte open woonkamer, bijgewerkte keuken met alle nieuwe apparaten, een complete badkamer en balkons voor en achter. Het balkon aan de voorzijde herbergt een gloednieuwe gasbarbecue terwijl het achterbalkon een schermbehuizing heeft en luxe zitplaatsen buiten. De derde verdieping herbergt de twee master suites, beide compleet met nieuw meubilair en een eigen balkon, evenals de ruime bijgewerkte meester bad. De eenheid wordt ook geleverd met een op maat gemaakte geheven 2015 Club Car golfkar met plaats voor vier en is perfect voor het verkennen van het terrein of het rijden naar het punt voor een aantal vissen of adembenemende uitzichten op de toetsenzonsondergang.

Parkeerplaats voor trailers en gebruik van de gemeenschappelijke boothelling zijn bij deze huurprijs inbegrepen. Dockslips zijn verkrijgbaar in de jachthaven, evenals kajaks en paddleboards.

For the win

Fantastic 3 level unit overlooking the lagoon with sceeened decks on upper two levels. Newly renovated white and spacious with showers on all levels so everyone had their space. Less than a minute walk to one of the pools. Perfect location for day trips to everything. 90 minutes to Key West. 90 minutes from the Miami airport.Golf cart allowed us to get out to the peninsula and watch the sunrises and sunsets.Many families around the other units and very calm and respectful vibes. Oh And the iguanas!!!

Beautiful place!

There is so much space in the unit. It overlooks the lagoon and you can sometimes see fish swimming by. It was convenient to have a golf cart. The place itself is quite lovely and very clean. It is a mile off of the main road so it is quiet. Great to have a washer and dryer to use as needed in the unit. There are 3 different balconies facing two different directions. I’d stay again if I ever return to Key Largo.

Great location

We had a great stay! The location was great with restaurants close by and the pool was a short 2 min walk from the back door. The golf cart was perfect to ride down to the Mariana and have a fire by the beach. We swam with dolphins at a local business that was a 1 min drive in the neighborhood and did snorkeling tour that was 5 miles away. Great trip!Would definitely go back. Only fyi is there are three flights of stairs to get to top floor in which two of the bedrooms are in. No issue unless you have a hip issue like the mother in law Thanks for the stay and we will be back

Great location in Key Largo

This is an open, bright and clean place centrally located in Key Largo. The multiple pools, playground, plus swimming in the lagoon were much appreciated. The condo was as described and well equipped, and overall property is kept in nice condition. Communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

The condo was in a great location close to the pool, lagoon and ocean and easily accessible by golf cart. The home is newly renovated and has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy your stay. Beds are super comfortable and the AC works great. Fast communication from management. Each floor has multiple balconies to take in the outdoors. You will not regret renting here!

Relaxing stay

We were 3 families that had a very relaxing stay at the Kawama house. Very safe gated community with private beach, pool, playground and own golf cart which made our trips to the beach and fire pits very convenient. Owner addressed a couple of small issue with cleanliness (unit not used for 2 months) and golf cart very quickly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, the enclosed balcony very cozy. Intend to go back.

wonderful stay

The lagoon was very fun, it had some of the biggest parrot fish I've ever seen. I wish someone would get rid of the iguanas though! They created a smell near the lagoon. Obviously not a problem with the rental itself, every thing was comfortable and convenient. The pool was very nice and a short walk from the unit. We also zipped around in the golf cart.

Great location and just what we needed.

Great townhouse community. Main floor provided plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Water pressure was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the golf cart... everyone has one for a reason. Clean, homey with plenty of parking. Will definitely come back when going to Key Largo.

Overall it was a nice stay in a good location. We liked the heated pool and taking walks around the lagoon. There are a lot of stairs in the condo but they did have baby gates installed which was nice! The beds were very comfortable but the sofa on the main floor was like sitting on a wooden frame with some fabric over it. It was well stocked with everything you would need.

Great Key Largo property

Overall, this property was well-appointed and enjoyable. The beds (except for the sofa-sleeper) were all so nice mattress-wise. The main detractors were the lack of instructions upon arriving. We had to communicate with the owners about where the kayak shed was, where the trash area was, etc. We normally get a sheet left for renters identifying various items of this purpose so that we don’t necessarily need to visit with the owners to figure these items out. We did ultimately really enjoy the property; it was just a bit annoying from the start.

Perfect for family

We booked a stay for 1 week and ended up staying 2 weeks because we enjoyed it so much. Jarrett was an amazing host and communicated with me throughout the stay if we had questions or needed anything. The townhouse was very clean with simple decor, which I loved. Family Fun in Key Largo

We had a great time. The condo is nice and clean and is very near Pennekamp state park. This is a great location for boating and fishing. Don’t expect a great Florida beach as that is not what the keys are all about. Instead it’s a frat area to snorkel, scuba, fish and boat. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

60th Wedding Anniversary

We rented 2 units in Kawama Yacht Club to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The unit was clean and beautiful, exactly as pictured. We had a great time kayaking in the ocean and feeding the fish in the lagoon. There were so many beautiful tropical fish to see in the lagoon. The covered pavilion was a great spot for our family to gather. The host was especially kind to send back an item we forgot.
